Such a humble little spot with friendly service, a fine selection of draft beer, and GREAT food. Across from the ocean...what could be finer!!

I'm almost ashamed to say it, but I've been part of Flagler Beach for going on 5 years, and I had never been to the Turtle Shack Cafe 'till the day before yesterday. What was I thinking? This place is great! The Turtle Shack Cafe is known for their burgers and their crab cakes, but don't let that fool you... More

My husband & I didn't want to drive far - and this was within 2 miles of our rental. We wouldn't have found it without reading about it - small & doesn't look like much from the outside Would've zoomed righ on by. BUT,we had a wonderful experience - this is why we wanted the 'beach' environment (ie casual). It's... More

This is where the locals hang, and there's a good reason why. Small family owned, with great service, very fresh fish and a nice vibe. One of my brother in laws regular go to spots. I had a pan fried grouper, that was so fresh, I slowed down just to be able to enjoy it longer. Other's got some salads... More

This was our 3rd trip in the last four years. I knew the had a great wine list and great burgers but this time we ventured out. We ordered the mussels, a crab cake and the onion rings. All were delicious, the view is spectacular and the service is warm and friendly. We love to go to the local restaurants... More

For what it is, very good food. Borderline on value. Friendly and efficient waitstaff. The outside seating is too near the highway and not at all raised. Considering the driving around here it adds a spicy bit of danger to outdoor dining. I'm an intermittently regular customer, and would go more often if it were a better value.

We are staying within walking distance and came here for dinner our first night at Flagler beach. My husband has already put in a request to return (the next day!). My coconut shrimp was delicious. My husband cleaned his plate (literally) of pasta. And the real surprise was that my 4 year olds (child's!) burger was one of the best... More

Stopped by for lunch with a big group - easily accommodated. Awesome waitress. Food was unexpectedly great for a beachy stop and they have an extensive beer list! Would love to sit outside next time.
