My family of six went here for dinner and there was so much food we could hardly finish it. The prices were awesome and the service was wonderful! I would definitely recommend to any family. more
Crab cakes and bread are good, prices not too bad. Good food, not a tourist trap like most restaurants on Amelia Island. Worth the trip. more
We had never been there before,but visited twice in 2 days. Loved the crabcakes and if I closed my eyes,I could have been in Baltimore! The breads and side dishes were excellent,but alas we didn't save room for desert! A reason to go back. We liked the view over the marsh and the casual (but not overly so) atmosphere. more
My family liked it enough that we had to go back the next day. We thought the food and atmosphere were great. I liked the meatloaf and the spicy black-eyed pea soup with some jalapeno cornbread added. more
We just got back from Amelia Island and ate at Barbara Jeans. It was wonderful. The host was so entertaning. I wish I knew his name. He was fun listiening to while we waited to be seated. We've been to Barbara Jean's several times. Each time it was different. Overall, the bread was consistently good. Sometimes we have had great meals and other times the meal was just average. The outdoor seating is nice with good views. We've enjoyed the dessert called chocolate stuff. It's good for big groups and family friendly which keeps us coming back.... more
