Great little place with loads of food. Biscuits, sausages, gravy, omelette, hash browns - all the good breakfast options. Worth a meal just to have that experience.
We love going here. Always good and fresh food. Hamburgers are freshly hand patted. Foot long hotdog was very big, my daughter were able to split one. Great LOCALLY OWNED family friendly place.
Our first time at T-Rays and we were very pleased. The service was efficient and very friendly. Felt like we were regulars. Seafood gumbo was great and the burgers were wonderfully done with fresh toppings and tasty thick steak fries. And unlimited drinks. The ambiance is rustic for sure and it is likely you will drive right by the place... More
I've had both breakfast and lunch here and it's always good. Food is prepared fresh and portions are plentiful. I have family in central Florida who come to Fernandina often-they always make time to eat at T-Ray's as well. By the way, the hash browns are sooo delicious!
This is a former gas station and now a cool little diner. Be prepared to stand in line in close quarters. I go on Thursdays for the chicken and dumplins with a huge biscuit and Fridays for the fried shrimp. Both are excellent. If you're in the mood for a burger and fries this is one of the best places.... More
It does not look like much when you go in, but the food was really good. I ordered the hamburger all-the-way and it was great. My wife got the shrimp and she said they were some of the best she had ever tasted. The prices are very reasonable and the people working there were friendly. It is a definite recommend... More
If you want to eat where the locals eat...this is the place. Food was fantastic...and exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend the "Skillet" for breakfast. Go!!
Went for breakfast on a Saturday at this absolutely no-frills place. The food was average, and many selections were sold out. The place is a dump........dare you go go in a bathroom. If we wanted something quick and this was the only place open, I might go back. Otherwise look elsewhere.
Fernandina has a pair of burger joints just a few blocks removed, both in old gas stations. T-Ray's serves the larger of the burgers, but still high on quality. I had a side salad - was craving some greens - which came with homemade Thousand Island dressing. My wife had fried shrimp, and while shrimp aren't my thing, the hushpuppies... More
