Every Saturday my husband and I enjoy breakfast at T- Rays. You cannot go wrong with this quaint little place. The lunches are also fantastic. They serve the BEST fried shrimp on the Island. This my friends is local caught fried shrimp. No farm raised nonsense here! Don't let the "gas station" look scare you. This is one stop you... More

Went for breakfast and had the scrambler and an omelette. Big portions. Best grits I ever had. Food came out smoking' hot! Highly recommend. Will return for lunch tomorrow!

We just returned home from our five days in Fernandina Beach and AI. We made it to T-Ray's for their Friday lunch fried shrimp...and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The shrimp were sooo fresh, and cooked to perfection. Lightly battered, crispy outside, shrimp cooked just right - not rubbery. Really good, good, good. Our friends tried the... More

Heard about this place from a local. It's in an old gas station so if you're not looking for it, you will miss it. We went for breakfast. The line was long and the tables are few. It's best if you go with someone so that one of you can grab a seat/table as soon as it's available. The food... More

If you didn't know this was a restaurant you'd drive right past it thinking it was yet another out of business gas station. As soon as we walked in I felt like I stepped back in time. The counter service was fast and friendly. We ordered two cheeseburger combos, which included the burgers, fries and a drink. We got our... More

We really enjoyed these burgers & fries! We arrived about 12:30 & the place was crowded. Always a good sign. T-rays is located in an unassuming old gas station with limited parking. The place is casual with indoor/outdoor seating & a counter to order. We chose cheeseburgers & fries but they also have fish & other items to choose from.... More

Local couple took us here for breakfast and it was great. An old gas station that has been converted. Great atmosphere (at least for me), friendly staff and great food. Large portions so beware of over eating. Biscuits are big and good. Lot of locals including high school students on way to school. Need to try this place!!!!!

After chartering a backwater fishing trip in the morning my sons and I were really hungry. I asked the Captain for a local recommendation for a good cheeseburger, T-Ray's was the answer. Not frozen, freshly made there by hand…had one of the best bacon cheeseburgers ever and my sons agreed! It is an old Chevron Station but totally authentic, not... More
