We stayed on Amelia Island for 11 nights at the beginning of May 06 and ate in different restaurants each night. However, unintentionally we saved the best for last - if we had eaten at the Embers before our final night though, we would have definitely have gone back! We were looking for a place for dinner, and stopped in to Embers to have a look around. We opened the front door (it was about 3pm and they open at around 5:30 pm) just to take a peak inside.
