We were desperate for a decent cup of coffee while visiting in Fernandina Beach. I read the reviews for Kofe House and decided it would be worth checking out. kofe hous is a great little independently owned/operated coffee shop. Much better than a Starbucks. Located in the center of Amelia Island on Sadler Road. The owner roasts her own coffee beans on site and also bakes the morning pastries (muffins, scones, NY bagels, etc.). Great atmosphere, cool jazz background music, and nice outdoor seating. kofe hous located in the Five Points Plaza next to CVS, Steinmart and Applebee's has the best coffee on the Amelia Island. They roast their coffee beans right in their shop and bake pastries fresh each morning. In addition, they have the only authentic New York bagels on the Island. Great atmosphere. Cool place to chill out. more
