Won't be back.

Tried this spot even though the reviews were mixed. I'm afraid we fall on the side of mediocre. I wanted peel & eat shrimp but they were out. Fried crab balls were awful w lots of filler & very little crab. Husband had raw oysters & did like them. The chowder was pretty good too. Seemed like... read more

We had lunch here and loved it. Good down home cooking. If you want fancy do not stop here, was clean and all the staff was friendly. I wanted a bite of my friend's cornbread and the waitress heard me and brought two warm pieces to me without saying anything. She also gave us places to see, as she was... More

I hate to give a bad review to an old family restaurant, but I hav3e to. Service was average the food was greasy, soggy and may have sat under the heat lamp to long. The owner was on site, but no one ever stopped to check on our food.Sorry to say I do not think I will be back.

After 180 miles with the top down on our new convertible, I wanted seafood similar to my trip, with attitude! As soon as we were seated at Marina Seafood, a calm came over our table with the arrival of the homemade shrimp and crab dip. As self proclaimed experts in Florida Fish dip from Key west to Pensacola, this dip... More

We were in town for the Amelia Island concours d'elegance, and finding a place open late afternoon in Fernandina Beach on a Sunday has always been difficult. We stumbled on this restaurant, but I was reluctant to enter another dark, dank, depressing brick building. Hunger won out, however, and I am so glad we stepped inside. Not dark, not dank,... More

We were in Fernandina Beach on the Friday of the Shrimp Festival. While the festival had not yet moved into full swing, things were obviously ramping up for the huge crowds. We were seated immediately and the service was excellent even though they were quite busy. Grouper fingers were wonderful as were the crab cakes. The oyster salad was great,... More

So it's the day before the start of the annual Shrimp Festival....the menu outside looked interesting so I decided to pop in for dinner. Casual atmosphere & the owner (or manager) seems to know a lot of the diners. The wait for my food was long; the clam chowder was 'watery'; the broiled crab cakes was disappointing.....tasted the seasoning but... More

We really enjoy going to the Marina, the food is excellent, the staff knows us by name and makes us always feel welcome. They have an extended menu but the seafood is off the chain good. They have a great lunch menu as well. The atmosphere is so welcoming, Ms Patti has it decorated for every holiday. Cannot say enough... More

While spending our 29th anniversary in Fernandina, the Marina restaurant was highly recommended to us by Mark, the captain's mate during our tour with Amelia River Cruises. We discovered he eats there practically every afternoon and though our waitress told us she tries to get him to eat anything green, he love the food and so did we! Stop in... More

We enjoyed dinner here last evening and lunch again today. They have good early bird specials which we had crab cakes that included 3 sides, hush puppies and corn bread. More food than we could eat! For lunch, I had sauted shrimp salad. Delicious. Also tried their Banana pudding and Key lime pie, which were made in house. Glad we... More
