Good food at reasonable prices

We wanted some good seafood, and we got it here. I decided to try the shrimp burger and was glad I did. Very flavorful. Their clam chowder was good, as well. Not the best, but very good. This place was a very pleasant surprise. We were looking for a quiet lunch, and this was perfect. Not fancy, but very prompt, friendly service and good food at very reasonable prices. And we couldn't believe inexpensive price for really great oysters. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Most of us has the early bird pork chop special. Took awhile for food to arrive, very tasty but not hot. Green beans were actually lukewarm at best. Prices are great for specials. If you want gourmet it won't be here. Place was packed on a Monday. Overall, pretty good.

Good food, good service, good price! The food was good but not exceptional. We had a dinner for two which could have served a family of four for a moderate price. We had white fish, calimari, shrimp, hush puppies, slaw (wife had a salad), and baked potato...more than we could eat. Waitress was very attentive to our needs. Probably would... More

I am sure some of the items on their menu are excellent, but I found my fried scallops to be a little greasy and average.

My fiancé' and I were on vacation on Amelia Island and discovered Marina Seafood. On our arrival to this restaurant, we were not seated immediately because we could observe that this was a popular place to dine. The hostess was very accommodating and indicated it would be a short wait. Initially I thought that the the friendliness of the host... More

We ate at this restaurant last night and chose the seafood platter for two. This is a very casual restaurant with reasonable prices and plenty of food to eat. There was a very large group of people (14) next to us so it was noisy and the service was very slow. The kitchen was obviously backed up. How our waitress... More

The Marina seafood restaurant is a good choice if you like casual dining with good personal service and great tasting food at reasonable prices. We ate here twice while vacationing on Amelia Island.

We stopped by on Monday to check out the Marina Seafood Rest. We read the reviews and realized this was a rather non-descript setting inside but the prices were reasonable and food was plenty for my wife and I. We shared the seafood platter for two which we had blackened. We each had two sides (baked potato, sweet potato, sweet... More

The story of the history of the area and building on the place mat was interesting and informative. The staff was excellent and friendly. One dish was called shrimp and chicken with pasta. It should have been named "lots of chicken in pasta with a little shrimp". There was probably three times as much chicken as shrimp. The other meal... More
