A delightful looking spot for a late breakfast but very disappointing. The service was slow. The food was awful, I had the ham and egg dish on biscuits with gravy. The eggs were overcooked and the gravy was slimy and lumpy and of a strange color, uneatable. My wife had a different egg dish which was also overcooked. The price... More

Nice place, but food came out in take out containers. Music was kinda loud and ... Unknown? Just a bunch of cover songs. Had to wait forever to get the bill.

The only thing nice was sitting on the porch in the sun. So we ordered crepes. Astronomical price. Seriously??? We ordered the fruit crepes. They came with a cheese filling. Assumed it would be a delicious cream cheese filling but it was slimy, lumpy & had zero flavor. The poached eggs were literally coated with like a Lawrys seasoning. I... More

We tried Jack & Diane's for lunch. The menu is small and you can't order breakfast even though they are open all day. If you have dietary needs such as gluten free this is a good place for you. My crepes were good but the staff was kinda slow for being the only table. A little on the pricey side... More

Service was slow, not not very personal. Brusetta was made with tomato paste and onions and one or two fresh tomato pieces. Only served Sprite Zero and ginger ale. Worst meal we had all weekend.

We spend a lot of time in Fernandina, and like to try out the various eateries, so we decided to check out Jack and Diane's on Centre Street. The food was ok, but the shock came when the bill came. We were charged for every ice tea and soda refill. $10 for an ice tea with 3 re-fills?! Times that... More

This place doesn't look like much but is funky and fun and has an atitude and friendliness that makes you want to come back and try more menu items. Very eclectic and so many different taste options from southern to middle eastern and some new things to try as well. We went for lunch and ended up coming back for... More

There is quite a large menu choice and the food was very good, We sat outside on the balcony as we travelled with our dog - it is in a very nice location. They also have a good range of micro brewery beers and local wines. Very nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

Four of us went to Jack and Diane's on Sunday for brunch. The menu is large (promoted as the largest on the island) and very eclectic. It took a while to decide. Unfortunately, the four of us were each disappointed in our selections. Our four choices were crepes with warm fruit (how could that be not so good?), corn pancakes,... More

Overcharged our credit card and the food, service and atmosphere were as bad as the owners! Our waitress was rude, spoke little English and when asking to speak with manager, the manager himself said we don't have one. We were lied to numerous times and they still got way more money out of us than deserved!!!!
