Was tied up at the docks and walked to this restaurant in the heart of Fern Beach. I had the Grouper which was awesome. I had a great salad and perhaps the best was the Gumbo stew. more

We ordered the scallops and they were served undercooked. I did not want to get a food borne illness so I sent them back. After twenty minutes, the same scallops were served to me again except they were cut up in small pieces. I told this to the waittress and she agreed that the chef sometimes is tempermental and so... more

Respectfully have to disagree with some of the more 'positive' posts...To be fair, the food is ok but not even close to memorable. We had to send over-cooked tuna appetizer back to be prepared appropriately. Ordered drinks were never delivered to our table. Our waiter was absent. Service/management is the problem - slow and under-staffed. Unfortunately this is the typical... more

This is quite possibly the most reasonably priced meal I have ever eaten in a beach town! The food, service, and atmosphere were perfect. I went for Sunday Brunch. My waitress was excellent. The Key Lime pie is a must! more

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Beech Street. I had the scallops with a sherry cream sauce that were to die for...and I'm not even that crazy about scallops! My boyfriend had the lamb. Both dinners were wonderful. Our server was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We had been there previously and had a good experience and... more

My boyfriend and I went to the Beech St Grill for Valentine's Day. They accomadated us earlier than our reservation and didn't have a crazy high priced set menu. It was the regular menu with specials which we really appreciated. I had the Mahi Mahi and he had the crab stuffed shrimp! It was fabulous and the service was super... more

Enjoyable dining experience. Very good food. Small gripe: about half the tables were not set, which detracted somewhat from the ambience (might be OK for a casual family restaurant, but it seems this restaurant aspires to be more than that). more

We had a party of 8 people and the service was excellent. The waiter was very attentive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food. The food was all excellent from the soups to the desserts. The quality of the food was great and it was very well prepared and put together. The special I ate was a Mahi Mahi with... more

On Nov. 20, 2008, six of us enjoyed a lovely evening at Beech Street Grill. The entire party thoroughly enjoyed their food choices and the wonderful piano music throughout the evening. We lingered after dinner until the pianist was done for the evening. I ordered the collards and found them to be the best I've ever eaten due to them... more

We were on Amelia Island over Labor Day weekend and decided to try the Beech Street Grill our last night. The food was the best that I have eaten in a while and the service was excellent. My wife had the mixed grill consisting of shrimp, fish and scallops and loved it. I had the stuffed shrimp and they were... more
