We ate here the night we arrived

Sat at the bar and had a wonderful meal. Also, got some great tips from locals on things to do and other places to eat. We met the owner who was a very nice guy, and the bartender was great.

A true neighborhood bistro. We showed up one evening, no reservations, and were seated promptly in what has been an expanded Barzin from the first time I dined here. There are fun outdoor or indoor tables. Food is excellent. Wine glasses really need to contain about one more ounce of wine per serving, but you have a vast wine list... More

We joined another couple who eat at BarZin regularly. The service was excellent and the food was right up there with any restaurant on the island. We will be back.

Stumbled upon this little place while strolling the shops and decided to have lunch.. so glad we did. I had the fresh catch fish tacos, and my friend had one of the salads. We both loved our meals. The service was also excellent. As others said, it's tucked away, but it was almost full at lunch on a Wednesday, so... More

The food and service were great but it is located in a strip mall, set back from the road. The restaurant was not busy so our server took the time to recommend other activities and discuss life on the island. It was obvious that customers were locals and regulars which speaks well for the food and value. Our dinners were... More

This was my first experience at Bar Zin. And no way will it be the last! I had a friend visiting from Fort Lauderdale and thought this would be a great time to try out what I had heard was a great place. It was awesome!! I must say that in the hundreds of (Dinner) dining experiences I have had... More

Four of us went to Barzin on a Monday evening. It started out nice with a bottle of wine and we shared a few appetizers while we waited on our main course. The Firites with truffle oil were delicious and crispy, the special lobster ravioli was very good, the grilled salad with fired oysters was good but enormous - we... More

Bar Zin is like an upscale neighborhood gem. The service is always great and the food delicious. One of our favorites, for sure.

The food was good, but not very good. We started with a homemade ravioli, which was delicious, albeit fattening. For my entree, I had the gumbo, which had a really good flavor, but would have been better with a different type of rice. It was really fun to people watch given the large dining room. Also, the bar scene looked... More

As I sat at our table, I got the sense that this restaurant was a local favorite. Tables were filled with friends enjoying each other's company. We were seated near the window on a cushioned bench with additional pillows to support our backs. The waitress was very pleasant and told us about a few fish specials. She also told us... More
