This place is inside a Health foods store and has a tiny set of tables and does a lot of takeout at lunch time . We loved the menu options for vegan and non-vegan alike with a chef on hand to give your feedback to. Great for a quick meal or to take something for later or on the go.... More

This area really lacks healthy food & restaurants that cater to health conscious people! I'm so glad we have the mustard seed cafe! My favorite is the black bean wrap. Smoothies & juices are always great & there are always specials to choose from.

The menu at the mustard seed is loaded with fresh healthy items, which makes choosing what to order difficult. I had the mahi wrap which was wonderful---it was served with a small couscous salad which was so good that we ordered some to go. My wife had a turkey and brie sandwich that she thought was outstanding.

While visiting the island and a local jazzercise studio I wanted a healthy lunch, I had seen signs for mustard seed so decided to give them a try, picked up an excellent salad made of spinach topped with a large amount of ahi tuna, goat cheeses and almonds, the dressing was great! Salad ran about 11$

I should start by saying that I actually feel guilty giving a less than stellar review, because the chef was very kind and prepared lunch for us clueless tourists before they typically start cooking lunch food. So, very nice staff. The food, however, was simply nothing special. Not bad, just didn't wow me.

Ate the green salad with brie and raspberry vinaigrette from the Mustard Seed Cafe, which was tasty enough. The best part about this place though is the large health food store that contains the restaurant. Purchased many snacks here, with lots of things on sale! They even gave us a free cold pack to keep some produce cold during our... More

We went here for breakfast on a Sat. We found out they were not still serving b'fst when we got there after 11 am. But we had a deliciously tasty and healthy lunch. We filled out a card suggesting they have b'fst available later on Sat. when people who have things to do (sleep in)/places to go (Farmer's Mkt). REMARKABLY... More

My family stopped here after a morning on the beach. We wanted something yummy, quick, healthy, and gluten free. (hard to find this combination while traveling!) We found everything we wanted here. The service was very friendly and courteous. Food was fresh and tasty and healthy. They had gluten-free bread for the sandwiches. Salad was delicious. Smoothies were yummy. I... More

If all healthy food was that good lots more people would eat that way. I want to try that at home. We had the Brown Rice stir fry and a Vegan Wrap. Both were warm which was nice on a cool, wet day. Those two items with one tea and one free water were $18. The portions were modest but... More
