We didn't sit in the courtyard because of the heat. Inside was nothing special, but it did have air. Hubby had a crab cake sandwich with a fried green tomato and said it was pretty good. I had the brie and cranberry salad with fried chicken - should have been awesome. The only thing with any flavor was the brie,... More

We originally tried to eat dinner her at Kelley's after a neighbor recommended the restaurant. We we sad to learn that they only serve dinner on Friday and Saturday night. At that point, my husband spotted his dream dessert- caramel pie with oreo crust, so I knew we would atleast have lunch at this establishment. We were able to score... More

My husband and I stopped for an early dinner before the sunset cruise. Atmosphere sitting in the courtyard was pleasing. Both of us ordered the special which was awesome grouper with fruit, vegetables and grits. Delicious.

Atmosphere was relaxing, but the food was just so so. Sent the crab bisque back because it was tasteless with only a little bit of crab in the bottom of the bowl. The waitstaff was more that accommodating however and replaced the soup with a delicious tomato bisque with cheesy croutons. YUM! They also gave us our dessert on the... More

Visited here on a day trip to the island and this place comes highly recommended. From the time we arrived and left, very impressed with the friendly staff. Was greatly impressed to see the staff offer a coin to a child to make a wish in the fountain. Food portions were good and prices were typical of a vacation destination.

This is a charming little tavern that has outdoor & indoor seating. We arrived in a rainstorm so we ate inside. The family who runs the place are 100% gracious and accommodating to families. They have a kids' menu that had the usual kid faves...but all made from scratch. We ordered fried oysters, COTD (fried Corvina) and grilled shrimp. The... More

Overpriced for amount of food. $6 for 3 small slices of fried green tomatoes. Food had little flavor. Disappointing first meal on the island.

Kelley's menu has some creative options, from the hummus which is not your standard hummus to the tofu wrap. If you have vegetarians in your party, I would definitely recommend Kelley's. It also has a good children's menu. The courtyard is lovely, and our server, Bishop, was wonderful. With a great atmosphere and great food, Kelley's is a great choice... More
