3 bars are located in this historic brick building in the heart of downtown Fernandina Beach. A historic mosaic tile floored bar with a beautiful carved and mirrored back bar, the oldest in Florida, in the front. A nice sports bar with big flat screened TVs on every wall, pool tables, and a Golden Tee Live golf machine in the... More

They had great hamburgers. It was a cool atmosphere in Fernadina Beach's downtown area. More

This is a really cool bar, and apparently the oldest bar in FL. There are 3 bars in one building which is pretty neat, they have a nightclub room in the back, the old school room in the middle, and a sports/pool room on the other side. Very cool setup. We were in Fernandina for 3 days and spent every... More

You have to check out the Palace, and Sheffield's at the Palace. I thought I was back in MIA clubbing. Great drinks, banging music, its a lot of fun. More

The Palace is our FAVORITE place to go in Fernandina, FL. We drive all the way from Charlotte, NC to visit here. It's the 1st place we go. The atmosphere is great. The staff is amazing! They put the meaning into friendly bartender! It helps that they actually know how to pour drinks. Everyone always makes you feel welcome there... More

3 bars in one place and they serve food that was actually good (and apparently the oldest bar in Florida which is always interesting) The nightclub side called Sheffields is a nice non smoking option there and a lot of fun. There was a DJ and the bartenders were awesome. Our bartender Dana was really great and had on a... More

The Palace is easily one of, if not the coolest bars I've ever been in. The atmosphere is laid back, the staff are knowledgeable and super-cool. The building itself is rich in history. The Palace was opened in 1903 and much of the original decor is still intact. There is live music every night. They recently added a great bar... More

Coming from Boston, the drinks here were super cheap. Their claim-to-fame Pirate Punch was such a good value -- giant take-home-style cup with tons of liquor ..with discounted refills. We got in before the $5 cover on a Friday night (not sure we would have gone had we had to pay a cover). Live music was okay -- it was... More
