Tasty Fresh Thai Food

New Owners. The food is very good and the service we had was great. We had Tom Yum soup and Massaman Curry and Chicken Drunken Noodles. All was good. Particularly the Massaman Curry. They now have a selection of craft beers as well. The only thing that they could perhaps improve on was... read more

My wife and I stopped into Ahan last night for something other than "fish and chips". We weren't disappointed. The owner's husband waiting on us and he was very helpful and efficient while he served us our Thai ice tea and vegetable rolls with peanut sauce. It was refreshing to hear the other customers respond as well with comments like... More

To start with, please note that this is a new owner in a previous building that housed a Thai restaurant. The current owners have been at this location for about a year. These owners are totally different from the owners of the old restaurant that was called Lanna Thai. The food is very fresh, and the owner/chef utilizes traditional recipes... More

They must mean well, but none of the 4 of us liked the food, and we eat Thai food a lot, almost always enjoying it tremendously. Add to that for the 2 vegetarians among us, there was very little available. All the curries are made with a fish and oyster base. And we had to wait 2 hours for the... More

food was too hot. Ordered Thai Medium. Good God...how can I judge the taste with my mouth and throat on fire? In addition, there was a big chunk of unpeeled ginger in my Tom yum soup. Really? Will definitely go elsewhere for my Thai! You should too!

Great Thai a few years ago. Ate there this week and it was terrible. Basil grouper was worse I ever had. I'm not a picky eater. Iron stomach. Never complain. Until Now! Too bad . It was a great place a few years ago. I live nearby and have eaten there every two months. NEVER AGAIN.

The food is decent, when you can get it how you order it. I can't eat in the restaurant anymore due to the INCREDIBLY SLOW service. And don't even think about getting your drinks refilled. So, I call for takeout now. It's the only Thai restaurant within miles so it is my only choice. EVERY TIME I CALL IN MY... More

Will have to wait for the owners to put up a formal listing for the new restaurant Ahan Thai and will also post there. I enjoyed the Pad See-ew at lunch today. Everyone was really nice and the service was quick. Previous posters keep comparing it to Lana Thai. It's completely different and a brand new restaurant. They are in... More
