The Queso they brought to the table was cold..so cold the chip actually broke on the first dip. Ok..could have over looked that..BUT then the real food arrived. The plates of rice and beans looked as if they had been plated HOURS before our arrival as the rice was crunchy and the beans where a dark brown and hard, not... More

I did not like this place. Maybe we just ordered the wrong items. It looks like many other reviewers really love this place. I consider myself to be a good cook and have good taste in food (but maybe we all do....) and I just found the food to be too salty, greasy, and bland. The tortilla chips tasted stale.... More

My husband and I found Pablo's walking thru Fernandina on vacation and ended up dining here twice. Loved the service, restaurant was clean, and food was fantastic. Although the salsa was just okay, I would highly recommend the guac, queso, and the steak fajitas. The house margaritas were great too!

It was a gorgeous day and we wanted to eat outside. We went by Kelly's Courtyard Cafe but it was closed, even the hanging sign was not there. So we walked to Cafe Karibo and it was packed with people waiting, so we went to Pablo's cause the sign out front said they had a courtyard in the back. As... More

We went for a late lunch on a recommendation of a friend . One of the nicest meals we have ever had. A great selection of mexican food at very reasonable prices. My friend who is a great lover of mexican food was blown away by the dynamic mole sauce. The staff were friendly and service excellent. All this in a... More

Very good Mexican food for a quick lundh. They do a good job with all the standar Mexican fare. Chips are outstanding. Pricing is very reasonable with a lunch menu except holiday weekends when they only use the dinner menu even for lunch.

We ate at Pablo's when searching for a restaurant for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The service was excellent and the food was among the best I've had (and I've been eating Mexican for 40 years). We had the rehearsal dinner for 35 people there. It was a huge success. If you go get a Margarita. Pable knows Margaritas.

Good food, fast service. The salsa/chips are awesome. Colleagues loved the guacamole. Fajitas were darn good too.

We went to Pablos on the strength of a recommendation from a colleague. It was great - pablo's dip as an appetiser is especially nice, served with a flaming shot of rum on top - and the entrees held up the same standard. Very enjoyable, the next time we're in the area we will be coming back.
