Pablo's has been a favorite of mine since they opened. However, this past Sunday, I was disappointed with my entree. I ordered shrimp chimichangas, my go to dish. Sadly, the shrimp were tough and not very tasty. But I loved my Golden Margarita! Our server was attentive and pleasant. Maybe the kitchen was having a rough evening.....

We had the lobster dip and it was very good. We also had the fajitas that were very good. We had to sit at bar because so crowded. Bartender was very friendly and owner kept coming by to check on us! I would eat here again.

The food was mediocre. The service was poor. After waiting 35 minutes, we where sat and not greeted to another 20. Wait for drinks, wait for chips and then wait some more our food. Our drinks where empty as well as our chips. It was a poor experience !!

We have eaten at Pablos before and enjoyed it very much, so we went back with our guests for lunch. Service was very slow and we had to ask more than once for several items. At one point our server left our queso dip without asking if we needed more chips (we did) so we ended up eating it with... More

The salsa was great, but the chips weren't served warm, and didn't taste fresh. Dinner was good, but not great. The strawberry margarita was excellent!! Our first exposure was the hostess and she wasn't too welcoming. Won't return!

This is a casual Mexican restaurant. The Gold Margarita was a plentiful serving and very tasty. The salsa is fresh (a bit salty) and the service is efficient. This restaurant gets food out of the kitchen fast. I had the Chile Verde my wife had the Pollo Maya which is chicken breast topped with Chorizo, mushrooms, chesse, and salsa verde.... More

Visited Pablo's the past Friday and as usual my wife and I were treated like family. It's nice to see, as a local, a consistent staff as they have here. To me that says a lot about the owners and management. They obviously created a positive atmosphere for the staff and that flows right to the guest. The margaritas and chicken... More

Enjoyed a quiet and relaxing meal in the courtyard under twinkle lights. The marguerites were amazing and the cinnamon infused tequila as a night cap was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

This was our 2nd visit and I think they have improved!! The quacamole was excellent, the fish tacos were perfect and if a person likes spicy, the chipoltle tartar sauce would be wonderful. Oh, and the salsa that comes with the chips was just perfect for me. The server could not have been better, they kept my ice tea glass... More

My fiancee & I arrived in Amelia Island around 9p after working all day & then driving 2.5 hrs to Hampton inn. It was refreshing to get our meal within 10 min of ordering. I had an Apple Martini while we waited & it was potent. The slice of green apple in it was a nice touch. I had the... More
