Shrimp scampi was good but annoyed that the tails were still on...made it messy to eat. My husband ordered the chicken parm which came with a side of spaghetti but the sauce on each clearly was two different sauces...odd. One was flavorful and the other was like Ragu out of the can. The chicken was clearly previously frozen and not... More

Even though it was a warm night, we were glad we chose to sit on the patio where it seemed much more peaceful. As a couple celebrating our anniversary, without our kids in tow, we appreciated the more romantic atmosphere of the patio. The penne pollo was perfectly prepared and we loved the bread sticks. So glad we made the... More

The service here is excellent. The food - not so much. To be honest, I prefer the food at Olive Garden. It was pricey and the seafood was mushy and overcooked. As others have said it is quite noisy in the restaurant. However, the host and wait staff are exceptional.

Really nice surprise! Wonderful , authentic Italian food, as good as any fine NYC restaurant. We are pretty harsh judges of Italian restaurants, having been lucky enough to have visited many of the world's best. The shellfish in the Zuppa di Pesce was clearly fresh and perfectly cooked. Sauce was yummy.Their sliced steak with roasted garlic and spinach was a beautiful... More

We wherein the mood for some pasta went here on a suggestion. Best Italian I've had in a long time. Great food! Would definitely recommend.

The food and service were excellent, but it seemed extra noisy even for a restaurant. I would probably eat outside next time.

Don't miss the Antipasto appetizer that is advertised as for -2- but is really for -4-. Party of five and not one bad dish. I recommend the seafood with rigatoni and tomato cream sauce. My wife recommends the pasta with grilled chicken, seasonal vegetables and cream sauce. Had to skip the desserts since we were stuffed. Bread / olive oil... More

Living on Long Island and eating in Manhattan frequently there is no shortage of good Italian restaurants. I do not know where the previous reviewer ate on July 5th but it wasn't the Ciao I ate at. True I only had a light meal but what I had was excellent. I started with the Mozzarella special that included a ball... More

This place was recommended by a concierge at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation and we were not disappointed. We went with my 8 year old and we loved it. A must try if you're in town looking for some great Italian food. Very welcoming and exceptional service. I only wish I could remember her name to give her credit.
