Scary kitchen, Ok service, average food

We popped in here whilst visiting the main beach. Location gets an A+. We waited for a good 10 minutes before being offered a drink. With 3 hungry kids in our company, we almost left. But the waitress came in the knick of time. Once ordered, the food food came in a timely manner. Calamari was good... read more

The food was good and the service was friendly and great! Took a seat at the bar for the view of the beach. Soup was a very tasty chowder. Enjoyed a salad and quesadilla, just the way I ordered /liked it. Burger was good, too. Menu is majority of good, but fried fish, etc. And had an unusual visit from... More

While staying at Seaside Amelia Inn, visited Sandy Bottoms several times, each time the food and drinks were good. Had the "shrooms" several times, enjoyed a Floribbean wrap with fresh grouper as well as the wings. All very fresh and delicious. Enjoyed sitting out ocean front and listened to exceptional live music by a guy who could make the acoustic... More

We had tried 2 other restaurants only to have to wait, and wait and wait. This started out rough as 2 people came to our table and then informed us they would take our order as soon as they got approval?? Finally the manager came over and we got excellent service after that. Music was a bass player and a... More

went near the end of february, it was a nice sunny day, went in to get drinks, no one around so we used the restroom and went out to the beach. we went back in later and same thing no employees in sight? It wasn't busy so not sure where the staff was, so we left again, not impressed, probably... More

The view of the beach was nice, but that's where the upside ended. We waited 75 minutes for entrees, wait staff seemed annoyed that the place was busy and annoyed with customers who didn't want to wait 75 minutes for food. The mac and cheese and quesadillas were quite average. The sandy bottom bites had been left in the deep... More

on a summer-esque day, the bright sun brought out a lot of customers. I sat at the outside bar, where Leslie kept the drinks flowing and the customers happy.

I was with a group and did not pick this place for lunch. When we got there at noon, there was only one customer in the place, so I got a little worried. The weather wasn't great, so that could have contributed to that. Anyway, most of us ordered a variation of the tacos -- shrimp, tuna, or regular fish.... More

We loved the Margaritas, the laid back atmosphere, the fact that there were locals there, and excellent ambience. Staff were very accommodating and even though we had a wonderful table, there was no pressure to order food as we had just come from Lulus for lunch.
