Great food in rustic atmosphere. We spent both evenings of our stay there. The place to be after a long day in nature.
Food was almost exceptional - the burger was top 3 I've ever had and my wife loved the catfish. Trouble was the starters came up only 3 minutes before the mains and then we had a 45 minute wait for desert, having to remind them 3 times (when they served up people who had ordered after us). It is not easy to find a suitable place for dinner in Everglades City because everything seems to close down by 6 p.m. at the latest. So we strolled through town and found this place directly by the harbour. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially if you sit outside- the only thing that can spoil the evening are the bugs. My... The restaurant is on the Barron River, and is a colorful, funky, sweet little place. We sat outside on the shady porch. It is a small VERY casual waterfront place...you order at... More

When we noticed it our daughter was like I can't drink this, so her dad went to the counter and asked if they could replenish the 1/2 glass as a courtesy and they said no we had... More
Pulled in from a long day of driving and had a great relaxed dinner. Something for everyone on this menu (kids, vegetarians, adults). Watched the sunset over the mangrove forest while watching the river rush by. Awesome.
