I liked this place a lot, they had Island style and food which was something really different. Now they are putting in a sports bar and like a previous reviewer said, we don't need ANOTHER sports bar. ugh.
We live in the Ft Myers area and used to love to eat here. Last time we went they had trouble with their credit card machine. When I looked at our bank statement we were charged twice. I called the restaurant and asked for a manager, which wasn't there, so I left a message that we were charged twice. I... More
We were on vacation and needed to find a place to eat at the mall. The food was good, the service was ok, mojito was best I've ever had. All in all, I would say it was good but not somewhere that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I can't say enough about this restaurant!! Phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere! You have to go here....upscale but definitely worth it!

Hemingway's is a chain restaurant with limited charm and below average food. It's nice to sit outside with views of a man made pond. While not an expensive restaurant, I still would expect better quality for the prices. The only perk of this place for me was a good selection of wine by the glass
Food is just lousy. Every Friday and Saturday though there is indoor and outdoor entertainment between Hemingways and Pagellis -- which also does not have good food. The outdoor entertainment is fun, though; go for drinks and dance in the dark.
