Whenever we visit my in-laws we always make it to Farlow's! Consistently great! If you like rum, get the "Voo Doo Juice!" My favorite drink there! The Sauteed Fresh Mussels and Crab Stuffed Portabella Mushroom are delicious starters! You can't go wrong here! more

We visited there last night and it was not even average in my opinion. The service was slow and the my food wasn't great. I had the Tropical Mahi Mahi and the fish was so dry I didn't eat it. I was not impressed. more

WE had a wonderful night here. We had a wait but didn't mind as we sat out in the garden with a drink and enjoyed some live music. They have big menu with lots of really good choices. This restaurant has it all. This place sits right on the water, you can stick your toes in the water. This place must sit on 2 acres of well kept gardens. The food is excellent.(skip the menue just go right for the specials) After our wounderful meal we went out into the gardens and listened to the the live band.... more

Went here February 2009 with a group of 8. Service was excellent , with the owner coming over to check with us. The food was very good and we all enjoyed it. Seafood has a little Caribbean flair to it- everyone enjoyed their meals. Prices looked a little high at night--I'd recommend lunch outside. more

I had the stuffed flounder and the stuffing looked like a frozen patty that was laid on top of the flounder, strange ! The mashed potato's were very good and veggie's were fine. our biggest issue with Farlow's is getting seated and eating. we've tried off-season and at 5:15 p.m. Yes it's one of the few fine dining places in town but really, there's always a line and over an hour wait. Our food was good. The "tower of appetizers" was a bit scimpy for the price. Service one night was very good ( a woman) the next week it was slow and less attentive ( a young man). The outdoor bartmaid was rude. During peak hours the restaurant feels noisy and hectic. I had a bad experience at the outside bar.... more

I'll have to disagree with the comment comparing Farlows to a Denney's. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, very clean, service staff were great, menu was diversified and my dinner was delicious. I would recommend dining at Farlows and would return if I am in the area. You won't be disappointed. more
