Not more then a good spot on the water, food is better than standard but it's really about the place not the food. Beer very cold, service very good, sort of like a diner on the water with live music some of the time.

Good onion rings is about the best I can say for this restaurant based on my single visit there. The crab cake I got tasted like stuffing that a crab has tip-toed through. My husband and his father both got the Pass Salad. It was a big deep bowl of mixed greens with some big chunks of tomato and cucumber... More

Food is okay. Servers friendly. Biting insects horrible! Be sure to take repellent of some kind! We arrived by boat one time and had absolutely no assistance from the dock hand. Haven't had that happen at any other marina in the area.

Used to be a regular at this place. On multiple occasions have gotten sick from eating this place. Once from the burger and once from the wings. Thought it was a quonsidense but it happened twice. Also I know multiple people who have gotten sick from eating here. Only think this place has going for them is the location.

We came here with some friends that are local while visiting Engelwood. The experience started off with our group of 8 getting the dirtiest look from the servers upon walking in You could totally tell we were an inconvenience the entire time we were there. Once seated we were told "we just shut down the kitchen, but we will turn... More

The food on the menu here is fresh but there are no "catch of the day" specials. You'll find things like a grouper basket, fried shrimp, etc. But if you're looking for a decent lunch with an amazing view, this is a great spot to go try out. For an appetizer, you have to try to fried mozarella. These aren't... More

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The menu looked inviting however appetizers were delicious but the meal was just more fried food. Caesar salad was good. Would just like to see the menu have more than fried food.! Maybe a BLT or a grilled chicken sandwich. Something a little bit more nutritious than french fries and deep fried chicken... More

The atmosphere there is great probably a 9 , but the signature fish and chips suck. I have had better fish in the MickeyDee's filet o fish sandwich. Three little pieces of fish strips and some steak fries is not someting I would brag about as a signature dish. I'm a local and we always try to go to the... More

I arrived in the midst of a true Florida summer evening downpour, but quickly found myself under the perfectly dry palm-frond-covered shelter out back, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. We were a group of a dozen or so, and we just moved picnic tables around to suit ourselves. The atmosphere is laid-back, tropical waters-edge, tiki bar kind of fun. The food... More

I read the reviews before we went and made this a priority on this trip. We liked it so much - we went back again. The food is very fresh and home made - it is worth it. It is a little hidden but use your GPS and you will find it.
