Visited twice while staying close by. Once for coffee and a treat and on the second time for dinner. All was lovely well presented and tasty. The prices are very fair . Nice atmosphere with nice greeting on entry and smile on exit. The server Wendy was very pleasant lady.

The food here is great and affordable. For starters we had the fried feta cheese, gumbo soup, & pot stickers. Our meals were the lobster roll, chicken stir fry, Cuban sandwich, & fish and chips. We loved how the restaurant has large windows; great way to see the surroundings of main street. The service was excellent as well.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and someone gestured towards the tables and told us to sit where we liked. We had a nice view of all of the people enjoying the Pinellas Trail. Very casual, unhurried pace at Cafe Alfresco. I ordered the crab cake platter, which was served with french fries, really good... More

The Cafe's menu offerings are all very good and consistent. Very friendly courteous staff. Desserts are to die for. Anthony owner and chef does come around to see and talk to the customers. My highlight is GREAT cup( of their blend) of coffee with Sambuca and people watch as they walk along the " Pinellas Trail " in the quaint... More

We go here often and about every second or third time they are out of their German beers. Frustrating since we travel about 16 miles to just go there. Their draft beer is great with lunch, without it, not the same. Service and food are still great though.

We went for lunch and both the lobster entree and Asian shrimp salad were very good. The service was prompt and courteous and the atmosphere was very nice. The location, in the heart of this quaint town, can't be beat! Will return

Walking by this restaurant, was very inviting, as you can see people enjoying their food. We had the chicken parmesan and the meatloaf. Both were very good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, a very nice experience.
