I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Destin. A local mentioned it to us and, after passing through for gumbo and seafood, it has become a new favorite of ours. Our server, Scott, was phenomenal and the food was relatively cheap for the area. Go there and you'll know what I mean. 5/5

Stopped in to have a few oysters on the halfshell and a beer. Never before have i been served oysters on the halfshell this small. Never. Average size was about the size of a quarter. Asked the young man serving, who by the way had zero personality, about the size. He replied it was the time of the year. Humbug.... More

When I'm in town first stop Kenny d's! Fried crab claw dinner, and my soul is happy! Not greasy fried to perfection , and you get a huge portion! Hush puppies rock! Super down to earth staff, casual , eat inside or outside, full menu bar, across from beach close to many hotels in area, I would eat here every... More

If so you will love it. We ordered the hamburgers and the grease was literally pouring out. Didn't realize it was dripping all over my shorts.......yuk!! my stomach is rolling while I write this......maybe the other selections would have better but the burgers were terrible. 11 for a hamburger is not great here. Good thing so many tourists visit, I... More

We ordered a deep fried turkey for Thanksgiving. It was amazing. We also had a roasted turkey but their was no left overs of the one from Kenny D's. The sides that came with it were very good too. Thanks for getting up early and making our Thanksgiving meal.

Enjoyed the selection of foods and the New Orleans spin. Great beer specials. Kids menu is diverse. Atmosphere left a little to be desired but we enjoyed our meal and had a good server.

We enjoyed our food and the experience was fun! Busy night after Thanksgiving...everyone was working at max and still managed to be quick, attentive and fun. We'll be back.

Got there kind of late on a Wednesday. Very small crowd. Nice divey atmosphere. Waitress was very nice. I had the gumbo for an appetizer. Gumbo had a very spaghetti sauce taste to it. I can't recommend it. We had fried grouper sandwich and the shrimp feast. Grilled and fried shrimp were very good. Steamed shrimp wasn't. Grouper sandwich and... More
