We celebrated by husband's 70th Birthday at Cafe Luna Rosa on Saturday Nov 22nd. We had 20+ guests for dinner, both family and friends Everything was perfect. The planning of the party with Rebecca for food and wine . . . the fine tuning of the menu with Jenny . . . and the waitress Rebecca was exceptional. Drinks were... More

I am a local and visit Luna Rosa for breakfast about once a month. LOVE the food, the staff is friendly, and the location is awesome. I like how we can either sit indoors if you want a little AC, or under the awning if you want some fresh air. Bring some change and park at the meters along A1A... More

Everytime we visit Delray I like to go to Luna Rosa for BOTH a breakfast and a dinner. The food is fresh and the service is top notch. You also can request an ocean view seat.

Last night it was pouring rain and windy and my husband and I wanted to eat a casual meal close to our house. We had never been to Luna Rosa and decided to give it a shot but we couldn't get a rezzie on Open Table, so we just walked over. When we arrived, the owner was kind of harried... More

The food was delicious, and the staff was very efficient. Beside the "In Season" crowd, and being open to the street and sidewalk activities, there was a remodeling construction project going on inside! OUCH! Just inappropriate.... We asked that the drilling stop. They did. We finished out the meal in relative calm. I would like to go back at a... More

Caffe Luna Rosa's prices are reasonable. Breakfast is outstanding and the same holds true for lunch and dinner. For dinner you must try their giant shrimps (langostinos) they are superb. The veal and eggplant parmesan are great as are all their other dishes. Service from the very nice gentleman who greets you to the waitresses is outstanding no matter how... More

First time dining here took a group for my husband's BD. We had made a reservation but was told our table would not be ready for about 20 min. The host bought us a drink on the house while we waited. Even though the place was overflowing the service was prompt and very polite. The calamari appetizer was the best... More

I thought I was in the Seinfeld Episode with the Soup Nazi! The host, Ralph, from Chicago couldn't be any meaner to the guests waiting for tables. He kept yelling at them to get out of the aisles. If you asked him how much longer the wait would be, he screamed at you!!! Never again!

we contacted Ralph and he admittedly lost his cool--he was severely repremanded.... What he did not know was that at 9AM our COMCAST internet went down for cc verifications--it then switched to cellular---internet verifications take 3 seconds--cellular take 3-4 minutes so people were stuck at tables and the waiting people built up & people started yelling at him. He got... More

We have been to this restaurant many times as we own a home nearby. However the last time we went, it has turned out to be the last time--because you can't list a brunch special for $16 decribed as stuffed banana and chocolate chip pancakes... And then serve up insipid, tasteless, lackluster, dry (made the day before? Frozen and then... More
