Not touristy. Real food. And really good food. This is a real restaurant - sophisticated yet homey with a really interesting menu. I am obsessed with the petite osso buco over polenta. So delicious. Great fish. Great onion soup!! Over the top desserts. It's a must on every south Florida trip I take!

Absolutely delicious. Just great lamb chops, Scottish salmon, duck etc.. Great value - especially using Groupon $50.00 Certificate. Wonderful wines and peach melba. 20% Gratuity is added on tab when using Grouon.

What a gem of a place off the beaten path in Delray. The owner is absolutely charming and the service friendly and attentive. We've only been living here a few months, trying many restaurants hoping to find places to enjoy as much as we did in NY. Decor is simple but comfortable and cozy. Could stand to be a bit... More

This want to be a five star restaurant almost makes it. The ambiance is almost romantic a softer lighting would help. The service was very good although rather slow. They were out of the seafood crepes which was somewhat disappointing. We had the Chilean Sea Bass which was perfectly cooked and delicious. The biscotti is delightful and not to be... More

Very nice restaurant with great service but food very ordinary. Foie gras was just gras and shrimps overcooked. Nevertheless there was a singer that sang so well that you could forget the meal.

While Atlantic ave in Delray is one of our favorite restaurant destinations, there are some like La Cigale that shouldn't be overlooked. The menu is French/Mediterranean, creative, quality and delicious. Last night we attended their Beaujolais night, a fixed price for 3 great courses and a glass of wine. My seafood crepes were outstanding and the escargot appetizer is to... More

They seem to cater to an older crowd. I found La Cigale to be average and a bit pricey. There are a lot of better choices in Delray.

Standard Mediterranean/European fare well done--the menu has something for everyone. What stands out is the decor and atmosphere--a large room and 3 private rooms, each with its own artistic feel and lighting. The staff are easy to work with for events. And if you're French--well, so are they! (The owner is from Marseille and most of the staff speak French.)... More

Was very excited to be able to order calves liver. I requested it be done medium rare. It arrived well done, in fact the seasoned coating was burned. The sauce on the onions was very over salted. Just awful. The liver had many veins in it; not one bite was free of tough veins. The waiter offered a replacement &... More
