Omg would recommend for all!

My sister in law had a hankering for fish and chips. She ordered them. Gigantic fat juicy foot long pieces with good looking potatoes. She doggy bagged half. I ordered the chicken curry which was served with rice wrapped in a popadom. Beautiful dish and amazing creamy sauce, out of this... read more

The food is authentic Irish/British pub fare such as bangers and mash. They often have live music, too.

I'm originally from England so finding an English/Irish bar with traditional food that hasn't succumbed to American traditions is hard. The food at Tim Finnegan's is not only traditional, it's a taste of home & it's delicious. The drunken chicken is my favorite, although the curry, bangers & mash & fish & chips always go down a treat. As do... More

Arrived to have a great lunch with friends and family and were greeted by an enthusiastic staff. Comfortable seating, Irish charm, disastrous food. Service was slow, the corned beef was inedible. Terrible experience. Would never go back

Loved it, went on a Wednesday , not knowing it was their Mussels special half price mussels in a wine sauce, for $ 6.00, my husband had it and loved it, he also had the corned beef and cabbage which was excellent, more than enough and plenty for a left over lunch which was even better the second time around... I'm not even Irish, but I love the food, the people, and the friendly atmosphere here. The Drunken Chicken (breast cutlets, mushrooms and onions in an Irish whiskey cream sauce) is to die for! Other dishes that friends had - Shepherd's pie, Montreal steak, chicken wings, corned beef & cabbage - were all outstanding. The sides of mashed potatoes and... More

EarlyFriday Night: Band is setting up for a lively show. Service is efficient and prices are modest. $9.95 for Fish and Chips. Beverages extra, of course. Waitress was welcoming. Food arrived hot and served with lemon, tartar sauce and the "traditional" Malt vinegar -- even without being requested. It was a fun experience and portions are very appropriate -- "just... More

We had just finished Bill Hood's neighboring tag sale and had a need for a light lunch. We always enjoy Irish cuisine, but little did we suspect an ungoogled Finnegan's would be outstanding. Marvelous thirst quenching cold draft pint of Smithwicks was the start. Then onto fish and chips with real fresh chips from real potatoes and real fish, tasting... More

Have been here several times so I've had the chance to sample several of their traditional Irish dishes. Having lived in GB years ago, I've been looking for a "local" that could scratch that nostalgic itch for hearty food, a good fresh pint, and that wonderful Irish music. This is that place. Food outstanding - from Scotch Eggs, to the... More

My husband and I live in Delray Beach, and Finnegan's is someplace we visit again and again, sometimes as a couple and sometimes with friends. It's not "on the Avenue" in Delray, so the prices are a little more manageable for those of us who aren't trust fund babies. We've always found the servers (generally young Irishmen/women) to be both... More
