Informal SoLita Mastino's

As the informal branch of SoLita, Mastino's offers similar fare, but in small plates. We enjoyed the eggplant stack and the Neapolitan pizza. The Renzo Masi DOCG Chianti was a delectable wine.

I chose Solita for my birthday dinner as it is by far my favorite restaurant in Delray Beach. We love the food the service and the ambiance... surfice to say we will never go back or recomend it again. We arrived for our reservation but were stunned to find no valet parking and a festival going on across the street.... More

Returned after being away for a year. I was shocked to see a beautiful restaurant divided into two restaurants...an "upscale" pizzeria that was pretty much empty and a much smaller version of Solita. The nice outdoor seating was diminished to a few small tables. What remained of Solita was still presentable with several banquettes and several other tables. The menus... More

Solita now sits physically in the back of its old space; replaced by another larger trendy restaurant that was empty the night we dined. Our waiter was not the experienced and knowledgeable waiter we were used to. He did not know how to handle an expensive bottle. Moreover he never offered to fillet the branzino whole fish as in the... More

A group of us went to this Restaurant---which seats no more than 40-45 early in the New Year. Do not bring a hearty appetite to this location--as you might be disappointed in the portions---especially if you were anticipating an all you can eat environment. This Restaurant succeeds at what it sets out to do. It has a casual, dark ambiance.... More

We try to come here every time we visit the Boca area. The service is always top notch (except a little slow during the busy season) and the food is delicious. We especially loved the eggplant stacker. I do not really like eggplant and will not eat it out. Except for here. It is done perfectly. The rest of the... More

The best thing that I can say about this meal was that it was only three courses I couldn't take another course the food was uninspiring portions were small. You would think that a restaurant that advertises on Groupon would put out a great meal to entice people to come back again, well think again in fact this is one... More

Decided to try Solita for something different "off the Avenue". As it ends up, the restaurant has just undergone a huge renovation and they've turned the main restaurant which had previously had a formal decor into a more casual restaurant with a wood burning pizza oven and a sports bar feel to it (It was 8:30 and everyone in this... Did not expect to find such an adventurous joint with wonderful service and quite good food. Mostly a trendy crowd that likes to drink and talk and at the same time eat.
