Food was excellent! Sweet tea brined Bell & Evans Chicken was tender and delish! My partner had the burger, cooked to the perfect temp and chared nicely on the outside. Ended the great meal with a sweet and salty amazing brownie sundae ~ Will return soon!

We sat outside here today for lunch. The whole experience was mediocre-service was erratic; server got the wrong side for my wife; her salmon was undercooked, my burger was average. The portions are huge- would rather see emphasis on quality. The best part of lunch was people-watching on the street.

This place is just solid. Great food and great service. I love to eat there about every 2 months. It is off the beaten path of Atlantic but worth the few extra blocks

Brulé Bistro just felt like a place we'd like to be, with its mixed seating of high-table, bar, outdoor seating, and tables for 2, 4, or 6, and down-to-earth simple menus of delicious choices on the richer, meatier side. Great beer selection, and excellent wines at half-price during the happy hour. We came for lunch and dinner and liked the... More

I was looking for a place in Delray Beach that was off of Atlantic avenue just to avoid the crowds. I came across Brule' Bistro and gave it a shot. What a find....Only one table was left when we arrived and it was outside on a beautiful South Florida night...YES. The Tapas ( Tuna and Avocado and Gnocchi Tapas )... More

By avoiding the bustle of the overly crowded Eastern Atlantic Ave restaurant scene in Delray, one can now find plenty of culinary rewards by traveling just a couple of blocks north from the intersection of Pineapple Grove. Among a nice cluster of dining options there sits Brule Bistro. While the noise level within the dining room ramps up into the... More

We were staying in a hotel just down the street. It was December 31 and I realized that the restaurant where we had planned to eat our New Year's dinner had permanently closed. I started calling all of the restaurants in the area. They all told me that they had absolutely no tables available. I took a chance on Brule... More

The bar is perfect place to meet people and with a warm, friendly bartender it makes dinner a great spot. Had a few drinks and ordered dinner, while getting all the info on what to eat. Since, the restaurant has specials, it's always great to hear the recommendations. The parking is the best deal in Delray Beach. Behind Brule Bistro... More

We have eaten at Brule Bistro twice more in the last few weeks and are happy to report that the ownership is definitely listening to its customers and the service has improved by leaps and bounds. We were greeted by a host who came bounding out to the sidewalk to ask if we'd like to be seated, as soon as... More
