We have been to Tryst a few other times, but this time was exceptional. The bartender Ben took me on a beer tasting adventure. I had a great experience trying many flavors of beer. Who knew some taste like grapefruit juice or bananas? Or others can be sweet and sour? He helped me select a great pilsner ale. For dinner,... More

This is a very nice restaurant to go to especially sitting on the patio. Very enjoyable setting. The service is excellent, one of the best downtown. Matthew, our server, was great. But the food is nothing outstanding as it should be considering the high price of most dishes, even for Delray downtown. It is good, fresh, but nothing extraordinary. And... More

We always love coming. I love the bone marrow and my wife loves everything else. I only get that great marrow. Our son really enjoys ferreting out something from the kids menu. Great food and desserts are mouthwatering. I wish I could remember our servers name, but I don't. He was great and their supporting staff was super. Please have... More

We usually just wind up having drinks here but I've eaten here twice recently and the food is really deliciious. it's sort of upscale comfort food and everything I've had has been really tasty. Prices are also very reasonable for Delray downtown. Love the house pickled vegetables and also the cheese plate. Seriously, why are people doign away with cheese... More

As it was raining we had to sit inside but we're not disappointed. We were seated at a round six top at the front window. As usual the people watching is excellent. Starting with a great wine and beer list and then into a most interesting menu. We had the cheese sampler and a fried green tomato salad for apps... More

Enjoying dinner and drinks with family and friends in Tryst's courtyard/patio setting takes you away from the everyday world outside. Service is wonderful, prompt and leaves nothing to be desired. And the food....always something to choose from on the daily specials or the everyday menu...and you won't be disappointed. Happy Hour from 5 to 7 is half off certain appetizers... More

This restaurant sits along Atlantic Avenue with "Smoke" as its neighbor and across the street is City Hall. We decided to try this restaurant on Halloween night. Some of the creatures were visiting the bar area, but the place was not too busy for a Friday night. Upon walking in the restaurant is narrow and quite dark with very low... More

This placed looked very inviting, had a nice garden setting with marble tables. I had the Mahi taco's - and they were ok had a lot of lime taste and just kind of blah. Boyfriend had Chicken Schnitzel which was ok but nothing special! Just nothing stood out, no exotic flavors or anything we were a little disappointed for the... More

Went there for both my sister's and my anniversary. The indoor restaurant was so loud, we requested the outside area. Better but we were put in a back corner table, not great. The waitress we had was slow and we felt like we were bothering her. Not the anniversary celebration we were looking forward to. Maybe it was because we... More

Party of 4 for an early 6pm dinner on a saturday night. Very good selection of draft beers, especially a good selection of wheat beers. We order a bunch of appetizers, arugula salad, pork sliders, crunchy shrimp, chips and avocado. Everything was tasty, nothing seemed excepcional except for the fish tacos. They were excellent. Next time, I will skip the... More
