A great local eatery

Great atmosphere and lovely home-made Italian food with an advantage that you can bring your own wine with very little corkage charge, if any if you give Joseph a taste. Very good crab cakes and shrimp diablo

Father and Daughter try to wait on 40 people at one time. Bread comes out, if you are lucky, half way through your meal. Wine list unimpressive, over priced. Food is not bad

Visiting from NYC, we ate outside at Joseph's on a beautiful June night. Joseph came and chatted with our table. He spoke with pride of his restaurant, his family and his heritage. For an entree, he recommended the Boneless Tuna. It was absolutely delicious!! The crab cakes, lobster bisque and tubule salad were equally good. A must stop for quality... More

My wife and I celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary in Delray Beach and had dinner at Joseph's. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. Joseph was very personable and made our dinner a wonderful experience.

Disappointing experience. Tuna entrée was tasteless- better quality Tuna at Costco or Bonefish. If like good quality( sweet)tuna, this isn't the place to order tuna. Wines by the glass is horrendous for a "wine bar". I believe the most expensive wine by the glass is Meiomi Pinot- sorry but Meiomi is hardly a serious wine. Owner sold us on the... More

There is no negatives about this place. Joseph and his daughter are the most wonderful hosts and everything on the menu is delicious. This was our second visit to Delray and wish this restaurant was in NY. Get the Seared Tuna

The food is delicious and the setting serene but the best reason of all to visit Joseph's is to meet the man himself. He is a warm and delightful raconteur and really knows his wine. Whatever he recommends, get it! Every time we visit he makes us feel special and welcome.

The experience began with a pleasant telephone conversation with Joseph when I made the reservation for the four of us. We laughed a bit when he asked if I was of Lebanese descent (I'm not but he had trouble - as many do - pronouncing my last name even though I am distantly related to two very famous football coaches!).... Once again we had Elie as our server, very smiley. Our wine selection consisted of Navarro Correas, which was reasonable priced at $36 for the bottle. All three of us had a Caesar Salad, which was your basic Caesar although they do provide anchovies upon request. Two of us had the Roasted Duck, which had an orange zest, but seemed... More
