The food at Manzano's is fantastic. I've had many of the hot and the cold selections and they are equally mouthwatering. From the delicious fresh-baked bread to the heaping ingredients, they have by far the best sandwich in Deland. You can't be in a hurry, but the wait is worthwhile.

Recommended by a friend. Went during DeLand Art Festival and the staff was somewhat overwhelmed. Trash overflowing, restroom untidy and traffic flow like walking a tight rope. Wife had Turkey/pesto sandwich that she loved in every respect. I had pressed, hot Cuban. Bread was excellent but this is first Cuban in 55 years of eating them (all over Florida) that... More

Great sandwiches with a large selection to choose from. Good chips, beer, and tables outside. Sandwiches are huge, even a 1/2 fills to the gills and the bread is awesome.

Hands down the best place to eat lung in Deland, pure quality. Sandwiches are phenomenal and no other places even come close. Never stop in Deland without checking this place out!

Very tasty food, good service but very very bad odor coming from the inside, the place smelled like old cooking oil. We had to seat outside despite it was a windy day.

There's not much seating, but the subs are amazing - premium meats paired with artisan breads and generous portions. They have some pretty creative creations as well. A great sandwich shop!

Manzano's never disappoints; not your typical sandwich assembly line like others downtown. The wait time after ordering is more than compensated upon your first bite. The bread is really the difference!

These guys do a great job at building delicious sandwiches. The atmosphere inside feels a bit cramped but they are working with what they have, it's a small space. They have one grill which could make for a (short) wait for your sandwich but it's worth it. There was a steady stream of customers, unlike the sandwich shop down the... More

Seriously, this place is a little slice of heaven. Ordered the Up in Smoke and ate until I almost fell over because I didn't want to waste one bite. Generous on the meat and fantastic flavors. And that bread... wow. My husband is Jersey through and through and he said that his sub was better than many of the ones... More

Was visiting Deland and walking down the strip we just ran into this joint. This is without a doubt, one of the best sandwiches that I've ever had. I'd highly suggest the Rocco but substitute fresh mozzerella instead of the provolone.
