neighborhood gathering place

Love the raw oysters, which I believe to be a great value, and variety of beers offered to compliment them. I really liked their soft shell crab, although it has been a while since I've had one - stuck on the raw oysters. This visit we had the key lime pie, which was good, not too tart.

Interesting place. Some of my friends enjoy Karioke so we decided to go here. Food was good. Big drinking crowd. Had a fun night.

Always forget about this place until I pass it on my way home. Decided to go in Thursday nite before happy hour ended and seen that it was going to be karaoke nite. Not bad singers. There was a nice crowd of friendly people. The bartenders were very attentive and very nice. Do recommend this restaurant. Great happy hour and... More

second visit, had not been here in over two years. service was excellent, conch fritters were good but the conch itself was hard to chew. wife ordered Jambolia while I ordered a end cut of prime rib which was very good and I had enough to take home for another meal. Décor was amazing . I am sure to go... More

There's something about the tropical decor with the outdoor (and indoor) seating at Muddy Waters that always makes me feel that I've had a mini vacation whenever I have had a meal there. Yes, it's over-the-top but that's also part of its charm. This had to be tough to pull off since it's in the middle of a strip mall... More

This place is very good if you like good food good ambience with a full liquor bar, but if your looking for family time or to be romantic with that special someone then personally the place is to noisy and loud, but otherwise a good place to cheer your team on especially during football season.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We strive to create a tropical atmosphere that makes our customers feel relaxed and happy. We are sorry to hear that you view us as only a sports bar. We certainly have space for families and couples outside in the patio or in our dining room. Also, we are... More

Stopped in the other night for some peel n eat shrimp and Oysters Rockefeller. Couldn't believe how good they were, to say nothing of the generous pours on my martini. Great service at the bar!

Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Karaoke is also great on Thursday. You really forget things once the crowd gets going. A little loud but packed with lots locals. Worth the try

Ok, cool place, decorated like a wharf with rods, reels, lanterns etc.. Neat touch.. Cool staff, enjoyed them, seemed nice and friendly. But, what you can not beat here if the 69 cent oysters.. They're fresh.. huge and delicious.. For $.69? Why not? Cool local crowd, very nice and welcoming as well. Check it out, well worth it for happy... More

The food was great. The service was average, but the place was packed and I think that accounted for the service being slow. Go early or late to avoid heavy crowds. Avoid Saturday night if you want to eat in less than an hour of being seated.
