We have been going to the Casa Maya for dinner since they opened several years ago. It is hard to imagine going back to a restaurant time and time again and never getting tired of it. The owner is there much of the time and is also an experienced Chef. All the food served is fresh. The menu is varied... More

If you just so happen to drive by this place you wouldn't know that the food is a 10. This is a gem in a shopping center. Everything is so fresh and tasty. My service was on point and sangria was gr8. I love it.

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Mérida, Mexico. Casa Maya is almost like being there. The owner, Emilio, is from Progresso that is about 40Km (24 miles) from the city. That being said, the food is quite authentic and delicious. One of our favorites is the Uxmal (pronounced ushmal)salad. It can be had plain or with your choice... More

This is a local find that we hope the tourists never find out about, (but they already have). Just what you are looking for in a small Mexican restaurant. The owners are a husband and wife who are the chef and front of the house manager, so they are always there watching everything. Very good food, and reasonably priced. We've... More

We enjoy the atmosphere, the staff and the decor but most of all their food is excellent! The best thing about Casa Maya, they are consistent. We have tried other places but their food is the best in South Florida!

What a delightful experience every time we go. Family atmosphere, yummy food, can't beat it. We try different dishes every time - last time it was the tuna tacos. Always delicious.

My husband and I went to Casa Maya last night looking for some good Mexican...........and we did find it............But!!!! I like wine, and he likes beer. The beer was $5.00....ok.....a little pricey but ok. $9.00 for a glass of house chardonnay. Whew!!!! Ordinarily, I will have two glasses but that was crazy! the chips and salsa were very good. We... This is a friendly, welcoming and attractive restaurant. The menu has a broad selection of dishes, including lots of seafood. We ate here twice and both times had very well-prepared dishes and good service.

Casa Maya is small and in a strip mall so our expectations were not high -however, we were amazed at the wonderful food. Beautifully prepared and seasoned, each dish was fantastic. We had the Fajitas and pork Panuchos, and shared the Uxmal salad - absolutely perfect food. This is a kitchen that really cares about the food and it shows.
