Dined at the cellar on Sunday evening the 18th of October with two other couples. The atmosphere, attentiveness of the staff, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Also for a 'fine dining' restaurant the price was less than expected. The chef even came to our table toward the end of the meal to check on our satisfaction with... more

The room is charming, the people were friendly and welcoming, and the food was fabulous. The Cellar is in the cellar of a house on the historical register. Its a small venue and felt warm and cozy. The hostess (I think owner) was very nice and helped us pick out a great bottle of wine. Our server was extremely attentive... more

We arrived without reservations around 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening. The hostess waited until we were down at her station before she asked us if we had reservations, even though she greeted us as soon as we walked in. Once she determined we didn't, she advised that downstairs was reserved for those with reservations and re-directed back upstairs us... more

You can believe the reviews that say the food here is awesome. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I found the quality of our meals to be on par with a fine dining experience, but with a homestyle flair. Hot food is served piping hot, cold food is properly chilled, and it was all delicious! The service was also outstanding. more

My wife and I wanted a romantic, nice dinner out during our vacation. We looked around and most places seemed to be tourist traps. We saw the Cellar on TripAdvisor, liked the reviews and thought we would give it a shot - one of the best decisions of our trip. The Cellar has a great, intimate atmosphere (it's literally in... more

We travel a lot, and typically use the Tripadvisor feedback on restaurants as guidance, yet we have been misguided on several occasions. NOT this time, the food and service are top notch, like being in (the north of) Italy. The dedication to service, the quality of ingredients and cooking; very - very good. We understood that the chef is from,... more

While visiting Daytona Beach, I found The Cellar thanks to it's #1 rating on TripAdvisor and am so happy I did. I live in Southern California and travel extensively. I've eaten in some of the most popular and expensive restaurants around, and The Cellar is, hands down, the best Italian food I've had. From the wonderful fresh baked breads, to... more

We found The Cellar through Trip Advisor and were so glad that we did. It was not only the best meal we had in Daytona, but one of the best Italian meals we'd ever eaten. The caprese salad was great, as were the linguine pomodoro and shrip rigatoni. We talked with the owner a bit after dinner and she was... more
