Great portion

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was really good. We aren't drinkers so I can't review drinks but good was great. I had the French Dip and my husband had the Leprechaun Dip. Both were great...came out very hot on fresh made. Bread was soft with crisp exterior. Meat was sliced... read more

If you like beer cheese this is the place. They put it in soup bowels, they put it in entrees, and they probably serve it in a glass. Everything we ordered even when it wasn't supposed to tasted like beer cheese soup. I ordered the clam chowder, which tasted like beer cheese soup with clams tossed in so they could... More

Great pub-like atmosphere! An excellent band plays Irish music on Friday nights (I think it was a Friday). I have had the best and worst experiences here with the shepherd's pie on visits past... I'm not sure if it's because the recipe has changed a lot. I'm still mad that I ordered fish and chips and got American-style potato chips-... More

Just out driving with a friend and hadn't been to Mck's for a few years and I am now wondering why I have been so stupid to have waited lhat long to go back. I really enjoy the place. Wonderful atmosphere, great staff and homemade food and a wonderful beer list to boot. i had a great Reuben sandwich and... More

Looking for a place to celebrate THE DAY! Someone said McK's, great choice, beach st closed, huge crowd, Guinness tent, outrageous green outfits, irish band, step dancers and a lot of fun. Waited several hours to get a table inside to eat, gave up and switched to take-out. Dinner (corned beef, pot, carrots, cabbage, turnips and roll) was generous and... More

Nice bartender, not extremely adept at pouring, but had a few appetizers and they were good, and the food going by looked great! Nice, comfortable atmosphere, were in a hurry but will go back next time and spend more time.

Stopped in for lunch during Daytona 500 week. I had a cheeseburger that was delicious and the onion rings which were the best. My husband had the ruban sandwich and said it was great! Bartenders were very friendly and knowledgable about food..beer..and area. Small area to sit outside and enjoy the weather while you eat or are just stopping for... More

Bartender had no idea about the local beers on tap. They were out of one. The other was all foam. We gave up. Had a coors light, paid & left. Guy said he did not drink- fine- can you read about the beer you sell?

After visiting the Halifax Museum we needed a bite to eat. A block or so away we found the perfect spot. I had the fish sandwich and my husband had the chef's salad. He did it was the best ever! My sandwich was great as were the roasted potatoes. Stop in!

We have been at McKs several times. The food is always good. We usually order Irish food. My wife loves the shepherd pie. They have the best onion rings in Daytona. Not Irish. The service was excellent. On Friday nights they usually have a traditional Irish band which is great fun.
