This is a very small restaurant that has a large take out following. The food and service was very good and I will return on the next trip to taste their chowder.

Thanks to our Trip Advisor friends for recommending this place. It is a virtual hole in the wall in a commercial neighborhood. There are only ten tables, plastic chairs and all, but they were all full. You order at the tiny counter and they bring your food to the table. Mom had the clam roll. Delicious. I had blackened grouper... More

The restaurant is small but clean. The food is fresh and well prepared. The homemade clam chowder was a treat. It was lighter cream than usual but loaded with delicious, tender clams. The grilled tuna was cooked perfectly and the sides of homemade coleslaw and cucumber salad was tasty. The wife enjoyed a half pound of spicy peek-n-eat shrimp with... More

After reading other reviews, we decided to go here with an open mind about the appearance of the outside of the building. Its an older building and could use some TLC but the food is definitely worth it! The seafood is as fresh as it can be and made to order. For that reason, the wait to get your food... More

We waited until our last day to try Bay Street Seafood and Market. Wish we had tried it first so we could have gone again during our week in Daytona Beach! It was the best seafood --and we had some really good seafood in other restaurants. We started with the cheese crab dip--excellent! Then my husband tried the seafood platter--plentiful... More

We wanted to try some local fresh seafood so we decided to go here. We went in and decided to get the Seafood Platters to go. The place is small but nearly full of customers dining in. You order at the counter. The staff was less than cordial. They seem to be quite friendly to each other but definitely did... More

Can't understand why this is rated so high, food was below average. Fried oysters were so greasy that they didn't taste like oysters at all, same with onion rings.
