After reading the reviews my mother and two kids decided to stop for lunch while passing through Daytona. We were in the mood for some FRESH seafood. Other reviewers correctly described as a hole in the wall but clean establishment. The lunch special was the fish of the day with sides. We all ordered the special. The fish was prepared... More

The shrimp was the best of our trip. Onion rings were light and yummy. All our sandwiches were very tasty. We really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it for great seafood!

It's just a whole in the wall but it's clean and nice. Best fish I've ever had in my life, my whole family agreed. It was fish of the day and it was "Basa". Best oysters and best clams ever also. A little pricey, family of four was $100.00 Food was super fresh, very cool place. Will definitely go again... More

We decided to go try it out as we are here for the night. It was very good. Great service, great food. Simple, good, fresh food with no fru-fru. Would go back.

Was wanting some seafood while on our vacation in Daytona and found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. The food was excellent! I had the fried shrimp and my husband had the catch of the day. Both were delicious. Would highly recommend.

Looked up places to eat in Daytona, found Bay Street Seafood on Tripadvisor. Stopped in for lunch, found this small place with made to order seafood. I had the Fish and Chips, wife had the swordfish sandwich. Both came out right off the grill and from the fryer, we were pleased with the taste at a great cost. Would recommend... More

My husband and I travel frequently for both work and pleasure. We pride ourselves on going to local restaurants and experiencing local culture. This place was AWESOME!! We had the fried oysters with their homemade onion rings and could not have enjoyed it more!! If you want fancy haute cuisine, you won't get it, but if you want good ol'... More

The fish and chips are great! Good flavor - not greasy. The fish dip appetizer w/ crackers is excellent! We visit this place every year. Great sweat tea too!

We pulled it up on the internet while driving and the reviews matched the experience. Staff was very welcoming and many locals come and go. We had blackened basa (sp?} and it was good. Everything was fresh and of course they had to ask...."sweet or unsweet". Great lunch place!

Found Bay St Seafood on TripAdviser, and yes the first impression is a bit concerning. However, my blackened scallops, onion rings and cucumber salad were exceptionally good. It's not fancy, so if you're looking for atmosphere, you might be disappointed.
