Family owned and operated, Don Vito's Italian Restaurant is a fantastic establishment that utilizes traditional recipes and comfortable surroundings to provide patrons with, "a meal you can't refuse". Using fifth generation recipes passed down from their grandmothers in the kitchen, the owners sons prepare authentic Italian dishes ranging from all of your favorites to some unique creations that you may not have experienced previously, including PIZZA. All of this is served up in a comfortable dining room with black booths, and a number of pieces of Italian art and movie photos on the wall. What a blast at Don Vitos

Walked in immediately greeted by Barbara the owner. Jimmy (a wounded Vietnam war vet) came over to talk with us and take our drink orders. Jimmy is quite a character. Funny and quick witted typical NYer. Great guy and my hero for surviving a personnel mine blast in Vietnam in 1968. Mark was also... read more

I was in town on business and wanted a nice meal at the end of the day. I chose Don Vito's based on the great reviews I read and was not disappointed. The food was good, my Corona's were cold and the company was great. Mark and Jimmy came out and interacted with me and the other guests as did... More

Food was great, service was great. Highly recommended. Meat pizza was spectacular. Not pretentious at all, just good food with great service.

We were in the mood for some good New York pizza on our second day of vacation at the beach. Having eaten at Don Vito's in the past, we knew that their food was great. So we picked up our pizza and took it back to our room. As expected, it hit the spot! My son and I prefer Italian... More

My husband and I returned to our favorite Italian restaurant and as always, Don Vitos served up a tantalizing meal!! I tried the Penne Carbona...cream sauce is delicious. The bacon added a slightly smokey flavor..added chicken...delish!! My husband had a Meat Roll...we so wish Don Vitos was close to home..but this always remains a highlight of our trip. The owners,... My wife and I got garlic knots, a stromboli, and a meat roll. The food was wonderful! The garlic knots had just the right amount of oil, they were firm and soft inside. We ate every bite on our plates! We will be back to try more of their wonderful food!

Some of the best Lasagna I have ever had. Large portion. I got 2 meals out of it. My husband had eggplant parmesan and he said it was very good also.

A true diamond in the rough. Owner and his wife are so sweet. At first glance it doesn't seem like much but the homemade Italian food was delicious!! I would definitely recommend!

This is our 4th visit to Jimmy and Barb's place... It is always a highlight of our trips to the Daytona area (we live in So. Florida). The food, conversation, service, and so on can't be beat. As I've mentioned in prior reviews, the prices are MORE than reasonable. Tell them Marc and Lisa say hello!!!
