My wife and I stopped for a late evening dinner and we are happy that we did. Not only was the food great but so were the owners. We talked at length with them throughout our mealtime, They take pride in their menu and do everything they can take make sure you are happy with your food and enjoy your... More

This is a family owned restaurant. We ordered sausage and pepper penne and veal parmigiana. The food was good and the portions were very generous (I would have liked to have tried the home made desserts but I was too full). The decor is very basic - don't expect anything fancy. The owners socialize with the customers making it a... More

we had dinner at Don Vito's this evening ( after a recommendation from someone that lives in this area). we were very comfortable with the friendly environment and accommodating staff and enjoyed a delicious meal. Will definitely make this a regular stop when we come to Florida.

came to don vito's for dinner recently. i ordered lasagna which i thought would be good. that was my first mistake besides trying their bread. the food was inedible. it had a fish taste to it. i was completely turned off . save your money and go to Steve's Diner, the best food ever for the money.

Dearest Nancy L [ file L for Lasagna] - Although a rare occurrence, periodically someone will just not like the entree or other selection they have made. That's completely OK and We encourage folks to let us know so we can make it right by offering something else. The thought of someone NOT enjoying their visit weighs heavy on our... More

"Best Pizza Ever" said my daughter. The food was awesome. Their sauce is obviously made with love because that is exactly what it tasted like. My daughter ate the cheese pizza, and we also had Chicken Parmesan and Penne with Meat sauce. So good. Nom nom nom. All the people working there were very friendly and were super sweet to... More

Great food and even better staff. Like having dinner with the family. One of the owners came and sat at our table while waiting for our food. Felt just like home.

My husband and I ate at Don Vito's on Valentines Day last year. The food was so wonderful and such a large serving that we went back the next night to get the pretzel garlic knots to go with our left overs. The owners are so nice and very pleasant. It will be on our must visit list every time... More

My wife and I ate at Don Vito's on a quiet Sunday evening. What good luck. We have dined in better Italian and worse. If you go to Don Vito's it is like going to a friend's home for dinner. The food was quite good but what was exceptional was the hospitality of the owner and her husband. He has... More

We had to stay in the Daytona Beach area because of a family emergency. We were sick if franchise restaurant food so Don Vito's was refreshing. My husband had the pizza and I the mussels marinara dinner. The service was just like home, everything is fresh, make to order.
