The food here is decent, it's not traditional French but it will do. The owner is a bit abrasive and I saw that she made her employee cry, which was awkward to just sit there and eat.
I wanted to have a lovely lunch with my niece so we indulged ourselves one afternoon. After reviewing the menu we selected gourmet sandwiches and a cup of their French onion soup, as suggested by our waiter. We were having a nice conversation and did not realize how long we were waiting until the chef himself came out to check... More
Had the vegetarian sandwich for lunch and it was fabulous! The owner is super friendly. Bakery items looked incredible although we were too full from our lunchy to try one. Will be going back there for sure!
We had a late lunch at 'On the Menu". We really enjoyed the food. The staff were preparing for a political function when we arrived. They were very busy; none-the-less they were very friendly. We would have liked to have had a little more attentiveness to our needs but we understood the circumstances. The food was exceptional. We definitely saw... More
Took my family here for Easter Sunday Brunch with high hopes...I had heard it was pretty good food and they told me on the phone they had a great menu planned for the holiday. First, we were not given a menu but told they were only going to serve about 8-9 items and wrote them down on a chalk board... More
Our wedding anniversary was the perfect excuse to finally eat at this hidden gem in Davie Florida. Being a chef myself I am not into eat all you can for the least amount of money places ....I prefer to savor my food in pleasant surroundings ....and I can say that "On the Menu" fit that criteria in every way. We... More
A big "thank you" to Lucy from Hometown magazine for raving about this place. If it were not for her and hometown, I would have never found it. After hearing about this delicious creme brulee french toast for weeks, my husband and I finally got a chance to come by and try it. It DID live up to all the... More
The food tasted delicious. The house salad was nothing special though it was presented nicely it needed some other ingredients to really be worth the French cuisine. I ordered the scallops which were delicious and presented beautifully with the vegetables (which I am a vegetable lover so I was in heaven). BUT really for the price of the entree 4... More
Had a fabulous meal coupled by magnificent service and great music/ambiance. Eric was our waiter and he was wonderfully patient explaining the menu to us as we had some dietary restrictions. Can't wait to return.
