I was very excited to try this place but was disappointed with the food, it was not seasoned at all and was very bland .
If you can find a parking spot your ahaead of the game and should be excited about having a good breakfast, baked goods and breakfast pastrys excellent.
There's that old phrase again...don't judge a book by its cover. Had read good comments on TA and tried it out. It is just 3 minutes south of Ft Lauderdale airport and a great choice before or after flights, cruises, etc. Too bad it can't be listed under the search for Fort Lauderdale and Dania.

great place and truly american! wonderful bakery plus restaurant. lots of fresh foods. take a quick stop and enjoy.
Servings are huge! Love that you get a little treat while you wait for your meal. Tom is fantastic! Great to eat there...may have to wait to be seated...or ake out something from the bakery section. They catered our wedding and we always rave about them!
Grampa's is consistently delicious, has a great staff and super affordable considering the portions you get each time. Being a local, I can always bet on seeing a bunch of familiar faces every time I visit.
