Surprised to get a plate of baked goods to start off breakfast, like many restaurants offer bread at dinner. The service was quick and friendly and the food was really good. Pricing for five was about $12 per person with tip. The baked goods case looks really inviting too.

Grampa's has been in Dania Beach for as long as I can remember, and its longevity certainly can be attributed to its consistently good food. The breakfast menu at Grampa's is full of all the traditional items, but the fact that assorted breads and Danish are brought to the table before you order is a real plus. Great omelets, pancakes... The Lamb shank is delicious! Waitress Mary was horrible. Forgot half our order, blamed kitchen for long cook time. It was shift change she claimed. She tried to recover with some donuts. Then did not charge us for 2items. Bakery item are truly wonderful.

The bakery and pancakes are what drive this restaurant. Unless you are starving only get the 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy or you will be leaving food behind even though it is delicious.

I just visited this place for the for first time and it was wonderful! The owner is a very nice guy and he makes great food especially the desserts. This place has been open since 1957 and now I understand why. You must stop if your in the area.

Some of the waitresses are the same as when i was a child. Family owned and operated. Dont forget to stop by the bakery and take... More

We have been getting our employees birthday cakes from Grampa's for years. that's approximately 25 cakes per year....this past Saturday I needed a special cake for our company picnic. I told them it was a Hawaiian Luau theme and they provided a gorgeous and delicious white cake with chocolate cream and a tropical paradise on top.

Just one of the many Triple-D stops we've hit. Excellent, filling breakfast at a reasonable rate. We visited on a very busy Sunday Morning, but didn't feel the stress or lack of attention of an overwhelmed restaurant. Our waitress anticipated all of our needs, she even noticed that the bacon we were just served appeared to be cooked a little... More

This is now my third visit to this wonderful restaurant and bakery, and once again I was highly satisfied with everything from the super professional and friendly staff, to the ambiance, and finally the great quality of my food. I decided to get lunch this time and ordered the turkey Reuben, this beats New York Reuben by far and a... More
