service was excellent got seated and menus given water and coffee brought quickly, When food delivered found it to be cold which did not impress me. Brought it to the attention of the waiter who really did not seem concerned but took it back to the kitchen and reheated. Food was plentiful and was of good quality and well presented.... More

Early morning on Sunday, noticed parking lot loaded as all other areas empty, so I turned in, GOLDMINE. Huge portions. But hear is the story you need to read. I ordered pancakes with walnuts in them. They arrived with out walnuts, so our waitress who I found out was the oldest daughter of owner was upset. I told her it... More

Heard so much about this place because it was on diners and drive in. I had eggs over easy, sausage patties, hash browns and rye toast. Eggs over hard, smallest portion of hash browns I have ever had anywhere. Had to ask for my toast 4 times and got it after I ate the rest of the place. Not worth... More

If you like diners this is a good one. Quality food, big portions, great service and a yummy in house bakery. Isn't this everything we love about diners?

Usual breakfast foods, poor service, and dirty bathrooms. The young man waiting on us was obviously to busy to refill my coffee or my husbands drink. The one nice touch I liked, were the warm pastry that were brought to our table. Other than that, not worth going out your way.

Food is excellent. It's a step back in time. Great Reuben sandwiches . Beef tips and noodles were yummy. Love the ambience of my child .

Went here for dinner after reading the reviews on TA. Nice booths like a real diner and pleasant atmosphere and waitress. However, disappointing food in general. Lamb shank dinner ($22.00) was decent portion, but average and it was the "signature dish". Seafood pasta ($22.00) was a good sized serving, but probably had about 1 lb. margarine that came with it.... More

We entered Grampa's diner, expecting a fantastic meal, having watched Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, but found ourselves disappointed at the service and quality of food. The prices, though somewhat reasonable, reflected a limited variety in foods (compared to diners like Lester's). I ordered the lamb shank, "as featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives", and though the lamb was great, the... More

I walked into the restaurant and requested to order breakfast to go. The cashier said to me the girl at the counter will take your order, so I went to the counter and that girl said she would get the person to take my order. Well 5 minutes past and about 5 to 6 different people walked by and looked... More
