We walked in later in the evening, when the restaurant was less than half full. It took 8 minutes to receive a menu. We were looking for pizza and Lorenzo's fortunately does not serve any pizza. It gave us a good excuse to leave without ordering. The floor was dirty, as were the tables. A glimpse, through an open door,... More

Had a few hours before my flight out of FLL. Found this restaurant by accident. First impression almost frightening. Looked like a an old time Mafia restaurant scene from a movie. So glad I walked in to bar area. Women at bar said, "stay, eat, you won't be sorry". She was so right! Ordered one of the nightly specials, pork... More

Great authentic food, the atmosphere reminds me of the old italian mafia movies but, the food is outstanding. Always come here when we stay in Holllywood Beach. The Cook was also our Waiter one time when we visited.

A favorite for authentic Italian cuisine. Lorenzo's offers regular menu, but has daily special selections.......last night the Stuffed Artichoke was excellent & the special of Lobster Francese - lobster tail medallions in a Francese sauce - was amazing. Everything is cooked to order, so not a restaurant for a quick in and out, but if you want a nice leisurely... More

I love an old Italian room with charm and good food...not found here. Service was terrible...I felt bad for our waitress,,,the food took so long to come out of the kitchen......portions were huge but average quality.....lots of great choices here,,,,,this isn't one.

This restaurant is downright depressing! It's a red sauce nightmare.......the chef owner walks around the restaurant while people are dining in very unappetizing clothing....food stained from cooking or whatever. The bathrooms are barely usable because they too reflect the lackadaisical attitude toward cleanliness. Once when we were there I saw the waitress flip a cotton tablecloth from one guest to... More

Excellent Italian food. Nothing is prepared until you order so always fresh. Good eggplant parmesan, fillet of fish, meat balls. Escargot is absolute best on East Coast!

My wife and I ate there last sunday and had the rack of lamb. No one in the entire area gives you three, three bone pieces like this, they were cooked to perfection. We started with escargo and Fried Zuchinni they were wonderful. They have a full bar with a very good wine list. The service was very attentative and... More

Excellant Italian food and great service. The live music was an added bonus. Within walking distance from Liberty Suites.
