I am a Fan

The reviews on this place seem bi-polar. People seem to love it or hate it. We are in the like it camp. This is a bar, not an upscale restaurant. The bar area is very small and dark with two dart boards. The outside patio seems to be a big draw. The food is it's strong point. It is great... read more

This is a great english fare pub with great food made great. All home made sauces for baked wings (not fried) much crispier and not greasy many sauces to chose from (jerk is great). Also fresh homemade soups and Shepard's pie (wife), Chicken & Bangers with mashed potatoes (me), and my son had an awesome curry chicken (English style) this... More

Came across this place by accident as we were searching for restaurants. The first one chosen no longer existed! So we drove by King's Head Pub not really knowing what to expect. Looked like a biker spot, but it had an outdoor seating area. Oddly enough we dined there twice! Walked in, only two people at the bar and then... More

I don't know why this place isn't busier than it is, they have a nice big outdoor patio and a nice inviting dining room, the food is good especially the fish and chips, good beer selection and the service has always been very friendly and fast on all of our visits. It's not an upscale dinning spot if that is... More

I have eaten here for over 25 years, The current owner Richard has done a splendid job of keeping the English tradition of the menu and the food done right. By far the Escargot is the Best any where! its now named after Princess Diana, beautifully done with a very flaky puff pastry "too die for" on top. The King... More

The Kings Head Pub (Dania) is a disappointment. It is neither enjoyable nor comfortable place to drink or eat. This IMHO is largely due to the staff and management. The Good Location is good. Food is average. Typical English Pub fare. Fish and Chips is mildly greasy but OK. The Bad Prices are high for regular pub fare. You can... More

This is a local restaurant that we have visited several times, sadly with the same result. The service was poor and the food was worse. Out of the eight people at our table, six became sick before the next day. We paid $15 for a $4 cheeseburger sitting in decor that could have been designed better by a 4 four-year-old.... More

Yes I know it's not a 5 star restaurant, however I'm giving it 5 stars for a Pub with a chef... Real cooking happens here from what I saw! (Baked Brie, bangers & mash, Kings Head fish & chips.... Food I saw all looked delish) I've been here 3 times and finally had the fish & chips .... They were... More

This was an absolute waste of my money!!!! The food was so bad we could not even manage to eat it and went to Mcdonalds instead! The owner Richard is the most miserable person I have ever met in my life! You have been warned!!! All the reviews you see are set up! I am telling the truth! Worst establishment... More

This is the place I go to get it. Haven't tasted better fish&chips anywhere in south Florida. We usually visit once every 2-3 weeks and always leave completely satisfied. The cod about $16 but is huge, taste fresh fried in nice fluffy crunchy batter, fries are nice and crispy and the housemade tartar sauce is awesome. They also have good... More
