Slice of England in Dania Beach

This place serves excellent English classics like Steak and Kidney Pie as well as their Ploughman's Platter. Their fish and chips are also outstanding, as is their drink selection. The place feels very much like an English pub but with a South Florida vibe to it.

Miserable owner. Miserable food. Don't bother and pass. Years ago the owners cared (Winnie and Troy), the new owner could care less. Food is terrible, went from New York steak with Stilton cheese to chicken wings. Chicken ann Boleyn too crap.

Excellent English style food. I LOVE the wings, the Kings Head pub fish and chips and the escargot. You also must try the Grapefruit beer on tap. Very refreshing!

Owner has a great location - for some reason the place remains dirty, wait staff spends more time chatting with their 'friends' that stop by & this 'English Pub' has yet to figure out Fish and Chips means crispy fish and vinegar served with 'chips', not ketchup. Have no idea why I stopped by for the 6th time in 6... More

POSITIVES: Looking for a restaurant prior to catching a flight from FLL and came across this pub located close by. Very clean and modern dining area with a traditional British bar. The menu was varied, priced accordingly and would appeal to all ages and dietary needs. Outside eating in the pretty garden and patio is also available but unfortunately the... More

The reviews on this place seem bi-polar. People seem to love it or hate it. We are in the like it camp. This is a bar, not an upscale restaurant. The bar area is very small and dark with two dart boards. The outside patio seems to be a big draw. The food is it's strong point. It is great... More

Came across this place by accident as we were searching for restaurants. The first one chosen no longer existed! So we drove by King's Head Pub not really knowing what to expect. Looked like a biker spot, but it had an outdoor seating area. Oddly enough we dined there twice! Walked in, only two people at the bar and then... More

I don't know why this place isn't busier than it is, they have a nice big outdoor patio and a nice inviting dining room, the food is good especially the fish and chips, good beer selection and the service has always been very friendly and fast on all of our visits. It's not an upscale dinning spot if that is... More

I have eaten here for over 25 years, The current owner Richard has done a splendid job of keeping the English tradition of the menu and the food done right. By far the Escargot is the Best any where! its now named after Princess Diana, beautifully done with a very flaky puff pastry "too die for" on top. The King... More
