Best Breakfast

This is absolutely one of the best breakfast spots I've ever enjoyed! The service was friendly and fast and the complimentary cinnamon roll/bread was to die for.

We were wanting something basic after every kind of meal on our vacation...this appeared to fit the bill..Had to wait a few minutes for a table which I figured a good thing...and was a seat yourself system...no problem. Here's the plusses..food ok, quantity pretty good and price about average. Here's where I get off... out of potatoes...that's ok, it happens,... More

Very good food. Burgers were huge with homemade buns and all the expected fixings. Fries were excellent. There was a full bar as well a bakery on the premises. A Danish was served alongside the meal---complimentary.

We ate there after arriving at the airport. Great food with very little wait. I was surprised there weren't more varieties of food for breakfast, very genuine and solidly good food!

Went to Grampas after many friends recommended it. Another fun .New York Diner on the US 1 near Stirling. For $7.59 I got 2 eggs any style , 2delicious pancakes and 2rashers of bacon , coffee extra. Served fast by a charming waitress who kept filling the coffee faster than I could drink it. Fun filled but old decor ,... More

Ten of us went to dinner at Grandpa's on a Saturday night. We enjoyed the food and the experience. Service was excellent even though the restaurant was very busy. The food seemed to be of standard diner quality, but the fish that one of us ordered was very fresh and well prepared. Avoid the turkey burger. Seems to be a... More

We were on vacation in Florida and saw the DDD show and this was on it. We went to try it and the place was very busy but we didn't have to wait. They serve warm danish that was very good. The breakfast was cooked as we requested. The wait staff was ok. My only issue was there should be... More

I came here after seeing it featured on DDD. The breakfast here is enjoyed by many regulars but since I'm from Canada I ordered off the lunch specials at 11am. FIrst, the service was just amazing! They are so friendly they really make you feel like family. I order the lamb shank and my plate was spotless when I was... More

This place is extremely busy on weekends, which makes service slow, but that's because it offers some good food. Complimentary danish for every table are warm and yummy, but not overly sweet as some danish tend to be. Breakfast is good old fashioned home cooking, but the bagels are only so-so. The waitstaff is very friendly.
