Small restaurant...Big on Taste! Excellent Family-owned Restaurant!

Quaint little family-owned restaurant in a little strip center. All the waitresses were very friendly and they all waited on the tables. Very service oriented. They make you feel like you are a member of the family dropping by for a bite to eat. Great homemade bread with olive oil was served... read more

Amazingly warm-and kind proprietors! This is a great 'quaint' Italian restaurant! We enjoyed the eggplant Parmesan, veal Parmesan and all the accoutrements that came with the meal including a large house salad ~ delicious warm Tuscan bread~ a chocolate covered cannoli, a nice bottle of Chianti (our bill was under $70)...

Four of us ate at this tiny restaurant located in a strip mall in Dania Beach on a Saturday night and we were treated like family with great food and excellent service. I called to make a reservation and one of the owners took my name and told me she looked forward to having us dine at the restaurant. Mundi's... More

When we got there the place was pretty full. They rearranged some tables so we could be seated. There was three of us. Two had the Pasta Anna and loved it. I had the Veal Francese. It was really good. Their house chianti is fantastic. The service was excellent. Had a chance to chit chat with the owner. Will go... More

Had wanted to visit the place before I even arrived at Dania beach , was so hyped and excited to go . Checked online to see what time they closed, said it closed at 10pm. I get there for 7pm with my family. A huge sign on the door saying it was closed due to private party. Such an inconvenience... More

Based on review in trip advisor we tried Mundi's. The people in real traditional style were very Italian and the place was welcoming. We had just gotten off several cruises so we were not in for a big meal with apps. etc. So we ordered the Basic meal which came with some bread and a salad. First, the bread was... More

We were welcomed by the chef and Yvette with open arms. They made recommendations based upon our input, and the food was superb. I even asked for capers because I had a hankering for them after seeing Chicken Piccata on the menu, and they were added masterfully to my wahoo entree.

Just prior to a cruise, we met some friends and decided on an Italian meal before boarding. I chose Mundi's based on TripAdvisor ratings and we had a marvelous meal! The staff were very friendly, the menu was expansive and the wine list seemed short but more than adequate for the menu choices. We all picked something different and we... More

For such a small place this restaurant has BIG flavor! My family was looking for an Italian restaurant for an impromptu rehearsal dinner before heading out on wedding cruise the next day. We set up all the particulars sight un seen, a month before, based on location. I can't say enought about how delicious the food was...Especially the MEATBALLS! The... More

This is a family run restaurant. They are friendly and treat you like family. The food is great and the specials are excellent. They have everything from steak, fish and the best pasta . Coming from an Italian family the food is truly authentic Italian. We go at least twice a week when we are in Florida..
