First, let me say that the food was generous and very tasty. Partner had chili and salad for our planned light fare meal and was impressed with their quality and volume. I had a Mexican twosome of beef tacos with beans and rice. I really enjoy Mexican food and this serving was excellent. Some table bottled hot sauce spiced it... More

Delicious falling off the rib pretty much, melting in your mouth baby back ribs. served with a side of seasoned fries! I personally ordered a side salad that is the size of a large salad for a decent price. My boyfriend and I took advantage of the two for $20 deal and he himself chose a tilapia fish mango plate... I went there expecting my crispers chicken meal to be crispy and golden to perfection. But, instead I had been handed a soggy chicken battered meal with cold stiff fries. I know my chilis in Orlando it was my normal place to eat at but, this branch almost made me not want to eat there . On top of that... More

We got there at about 8:20 on a Saturday night. We were told there was about a 20 minute wait, but after about five minutes we found out there were tables at the bar with no wait that the hostess didn't bother to tell us about. So we sat down at about 8:25, or 8:30 at the latest. Our server... More

Good for, excellent starter: guacamole made at your table. The food is good - average, a bit boring. Busy place, rather slow service, they seem to be under staffed. But the place is freezing COLD, not smart to wear shorts. We asked why it is so cold, and were told it is because the kitchen is very hot. but honestly... More

Staff was nice, place was busy. Food was nothing special, boneless wings (they really should not call them wings though if made of breast) was ok, burgers was greasy. Guess it meets typical American chain restaurant level and i am the problem being spoiled by high level gourmet European cuisine

In town for two nights and rushed the first, thus ran into Chili's. Typical Chili's, food was very good, and nothing negative to say there. My knock is that it was not full, yet service was very much sub par. Friendly, but either my waitress was simply overwhelmed, or not enough staff. Frustrating from that end.

We have been to this chain of restaurants in other parts of the US (e.g. Denver and Dallas) and they have been excellent. This location seemed to have staff that didn't really care. They didn't clear the table before bringing the next course, and expected us to eat with the previous dirty plates. They didn't ask us if we wanted... More
