Our friends suggested this was a good place to try smoked mullet. It proved to be a real roadside biker hangout, with all the flavor and friendly atmosphere of a South that tickles the imagination, as well as the palate. We came out from st.marks, since I'm a big oyster fan we stopped by out of curiosity. Both the raw and steamed oysters were amazing, and the smoked mullet was also fantastic, everything was so fresh since it's next to the river.and the stuff was so nice. Definitely worth stopping by to try, don't forget to take a one dollar... More

We came out on a Sunday afternoon for the music while on a vacation trip. The music was so much fun and the food was really great... My hubby and I shared a small smoked mullet, peel n eat shrimp, and a dozen oysters. It was all well done and really tasty. It was such a relaxing afternoon treat!

Nothing to dislike! Best oysters and peel and eat shrimp around! For $30.00 you can get a dozen oysters, 1/2 lb peel and eat shrimp and yummy mullet dip. We go every year for spring break! They are closed monday and tuesdays!

I was greeted immediately and service was polite. Others checked on me while I waited for my food. Oysters were shucked right in front of me. Portions were generous and fresh. I can't wait to return

If the restaurant had had more than 5 customers, we would still be waiting for our food. (We visited in dec. It is now feb.) The food- oysters and hamburgers- were edible. This was one of the most disappointing places to eat that I have ever been.

A very rustic, scenic place. The homemade gumbo was very good and the oysters, both raw and steamed, were fantastic.A perfect start for a visit of the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge.

This is a hard place to rate. It's definitely meant for the locals and is a rough and ready spot. If you hit the day right, usually Sunday afternoons, you'll find good Southern rock, cold beer, oysters in season and a heavily tattooed motorcycle crowd. The menu is yummy, especially with local seafood, and the bartenders are friendly. The bathrooms... More

Very small inside. We were there on Sunday of labor day weekend. Very busy. They forgot our food. You order at the counter and they make it as they get the orders. Misplaced 1 of the 2 for our order. Just a sorry I will get it. Then still took another 20 minutes to get it. Guy prying the clams... More

Unfortunately the food is just so so...Ice Tea is bad, the water is sulphur tasting and they need to buy water to make it. Bikers stop here, which is no problem but with out them they would be out of business. If you only want a beer this may be the place for you.
