We used to go here for lunch when the first opened. I thought it was okay. My wife loved the beer muenster soup, but everything else was nothing special. We moved to Ny for three years, but came back last year. We tried it again and we have been blown away by the food. The family loves it. Sandwiches, steaks,... More

We lived in the area along time and have never been in. We finally decided to go last week but the wait was crazy so we went to a less awesome place:-( this Friday we were ready to wait, because that many people waiting is always a good sign! We sat by the bar for the 45 min wait had... More

We were there for a business lunch and the server acted like we were bothering him. We were a table of 6 people and the food took longer than usual to get to us. The food looked and tasted good and the idea of pairing your food with a special beer is really cool but it's all about the service... More

Still the best brewpub in south florida , but food has been a bit more inconsistent- sometimes seems reheated. A few new bartenders who aren't as attentive and friendly as the ones they have always had. Finally there used to be a bit better selection of new special beers- they have had the same stout for awhile- it is good... More

Great facility on University. The staff provides very good service. I had a fully dressed cheese burger w/fries. Unsweet ice tea. Cost $$

When in Coral Springs we often eat at Big Bear. While there is often a line for a table, it is worth the wait. The food is good and dependable, and the service is excellent. The Cheese Soup is fantastic. If you don't want to make the drive east to Houston's, this is a great alternative.

We eat here pretty much every Saturday, that's how much we love it! We love their burgers and sweet potato fries. I suggest calling a head an hour before you go to cut the wait time down. But either way, it's worth the wait!

Had globe artichokes & ahi tuna. My son had hangar steak. We split a half stack (well kind of split, we didn't finish) of homemade onion straws. Service was great, food was fantastic. We'll be back for sure (when we can really eat and enjoy!)

I had lunch with 10 former co-workers today. I found the restaurant over-priced and the food mediocre. I had the cheese/beer soup in a bread bowl. I had tasted this a few years ago and loved it then. Today I felt it was bland.
