One of the few remaining Miami locales offering traditional English afternoon tea, the Biltmore is arguably the most elegant venue, with its soaring vaulted ceiling, magnificent lobby and majestically mantled fireplace. The refreshing repast is served daily and is complemented with and elegant harp weekdays and music of an accomplished classical guitarist on the weekends. Had lunch in the stunning and very relaxing Biltmore courtyard - the Rissotto Pescatore was fantastic, but the Bolognese sauce (gnocchi Bolognese today) was to die for, and I'm not an italian food novice. Very attentive service at Fontana but also from valet all the way through & out again. A treasured experience when just showing my daughter the hotel-very... More

We sat in the garden, beautful greenery, majestic fountain, wait staff was prompt with an aire of comfortableness, the food was incredible, portions were for sharing, great homemade pasta dishes, sommelier was knowledgeable about his selection and marched a good wine at a reasonable price The BILTMORE architecture is 1931, arches,columns.stone. And stucco. Very romantic

This place is all about the setting and the atmosphere, the food is certainly good and the service not bad either but the real factor here is the wonderful surroundings. There is an indoor section to the restaurant but unless the weather is really bad - why would you ? The outdoor seating is in a large beautiful courtyard area... More

Four of us dined having the carpaccio, grilled octopus, Pasta Neri, red snapper special, Caesar salad. All good. the Octopus was huge and wasn't the most attractively presented but turned out to be delicious as were the other entrees. Service was good and the courtyard is beautiful

The courtyard is the main attraction. If you a group of four, request a corner courtyard table. This will give you a measure of privacy plus the opportunity to enjoy the ambiance. There are cloister tables around the perimeter of the courtyard, a good choice if you a party of two. Service is very courteous and accommodating. I needed to... More

My husband and I have dinner here at least once every few months. It is a special place and not for routine dining. I had one of the best pasta dishes ever on our first visit. It was a special of pasta pillows stuffed with pear and fontina cheese, with a light butter sauce. Absolutely delicious. Since, then we have... More

My husband, daughter and I went for lunch on valentine's day and it was spectacular. From the service to the drinks, appetizers, entree and dessert-WONDERFUL! We sat outside and the day could not more gorgeous. They offered umbrellas or heaters what ever we desired... We had the octopus, sword fish, cowboy steak, bruscheta, salami and cheeses. Pricey but well worth... More

The positives: the restaurant is lovely (in a beautiful courtyard around a bubbling fountain. The service is excellent. The negative: the food. Wonderful menu (and granted, I may have had bad luck) but terrible food. The Caesar salad was sour and unappealing. The lobster pasta (a "special" for the evening) was tasteless, though with a oddly sweet under-taste. Worse yet,... More
