Stayed at the hotel and had breakfast here 3 times. Had to try different things. All were fantastic. The service was great. Atmosphere....well who wouldn't love that atrium. Food is just as good as it looks. Fresh fruits, cheeses, ham and delicious croissants. Worth every penny. Not to mention the Lavazza coffee. Some May claim its pricey but you really... More

If the weather is sunny and fine you must dine in Fontana Ristorante's gorgeous courtyard with its ornate central fountain and views of the Biltmore’s stunning Mediterranean architecture. Fontana is both charming and sophisticated. Chef Beppe Galazzi uses local and farm fresh organic ingredients throughout the menu and there's plenty of choice

Breakfast at Fontana is such a relaxing & enjoyable experience. It's expensive, but I expect that of hotel dining. Our meal was delicious: particularly the hash browns.

I had the business lunch and it was spectacular. Onion soup, Caesar salad and the chicken panini. My only complaint is the cost - a bottle of sparkling water was $8 bringing my lunch to over $30! Wow!

We sat outside in the courtyard, and so there was a soft breeze rather than air-conditioning to cool us while we ate. The food was delicious and the service very good. The portions were very big - so we each had a main course and no appetiser or dessert. We both chose seafood dishes - seafood risotto and lobster ravioli.... More

We have eaten in the Fontana around ten occasions. 8 of which were exceptional two were unacceptable. I am not sure how a restaurant which when good is one of the best in miami yet when poor is inedible. The setting is in the atrium of the property. It sits between the four corners of the building, outside looking over... More

Located on the Grounds of the Biltmore Hotel, Fontana is Top Notch. The menu choices are numerous and they will do the best to accommodate your desires. Its Meatball Month and the Gourmet Meatball Burger is awesome choice. When there get a table in the center square outside.

We took a group of folks to eat here. The choices were immense. I got help with the wine list with wonderful results. We had a wide variety of entrees, all of which we enjoyed. The roasted brussel sprouts were great! We got a few desserts to pass around the table. Not an inexpensive meal but considering the facility and... More

I had Chilean sea bass and my son had veal meatballs with linguine.. A terrific meal. The waiter was great. The wine by the glass was expensive. My son is too young to split a bottle with me.
