The wait staff was polished and professional, and of course, knowledgeable. Not crazy about the prices, but it was worth it.

Stayed three days Feb. 2013. Phone rings 10-15 times then maybe answered on multiple occasions. Front desk staff lack training, seemed confused. Not a five star hotel. Good food, pretty old hotel.

Brunch: their brunch on Sundays is the best and the most expensive I have ever been to. It cost $85 per person. I love the Sunday brunch at the Biltmore and always take visitors from out of town, The pool is gorgeous!

Beautiful architecture, great food, beautiful pools. Just a wonderful atmosphere. Their breakfast buffet is truly delicious

The Biltmore is a beautiful place. You stand on the sidewalk and you can't help, but stare at this beautiful building in the middle of a neighborhood. It is amazing. The pool is magnificent and the restaurants expensive, but good.

The food was very plentiful, well prepared, artfully served, but, it is expensive. Expect it if you eat there.
