Biltmore is old world charm at it's best, with modern conveniences. It's reputation preceeds it, and it lives up to the hype. The pool is enormous and always clean and appealing. The lobby is beautiful in a rich, old world tradition. Having eaten there, the food is excellent.

Come to this hotel for its views. It is a gorgeous old hotel with a fabulous swimming pool definately worth a view. My late Dad always had a saying that usually the prettier the view or the place the worse the food. The food was not bad but the service was horrible!! In fairness, it started to pour rain and... The wait staff was polished and professional, and of course, knowledgeable. Not crazy about the prices, but it was worth it.

Stayed three days Feb. 2013. Phone rings 10-15 times then maybe answered on multiple occasions. Front desk staff lack training, seemed confused. Not a five star hotel. Good food, pretty old hotel.

Brunch: their brunch on Sundays is the best and the most expensive I have ever been to. It cost $85 per person. This price includes as many mimosas, champagne, bloody Mary's you can drink and they were very good quality and our waitr kept refilling them constantly! They have an amazing food selection that includes, several types of caviar, lobster... More

The Biltmore is a beautiful place. You stand on the sidewalk and you can't help, but stare at this beautiful building in the middle of a neighborhood. It is amazing. The pool is magnificent and the restaurants expensive, but good.

My wife and I have eaten at La Fontana, the Biltmore Hotel's courtyard restaurant, several times in the past three years. We've never failed to have a superior meal there, beautifully prepared and served with the utmost courtesy and consideration. The weekday breakfast buffet is also exceptionally good. (You should do the Sunday brunch buffet once in your life, but... More

The food was very plentiful, well prepared, artfully served, but, it is expensive. Expect it if you eat there.
