This is a cute little place with so much character inside and out. It is quite small, so you may have to wait a bit to get a table if you sit inside, but it is well worth the wait. A wonderful spot for lunch!

My wife and I have been there many times for book readings or conferences. And we mix cultural experiences with the food offering of the Cafe. There is a few employee turnover and therefore the attention given to the public varies according to the person taking care of your order. One has to wait a bit to have one's order... More

I liked the setting and the coffee, but coming in first thing in the morning, they often seemed overwhelmed. Maybe breaking in new staff? Definitely a good coffee stop though, and the owners and staff are nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and people. The Cafe is a lovely courtyard surrounded by a fabulous bookstore. The food was excellent and the owner was out and about visiting with everyone. The menu was perfect and you could tell they did everything on it well. We had a diverse crowd for eating and there was something for everyone. I... More

We tried to eat at the cafe here, and on arriving the setting is lovely. However, that was where the positive experience ended. We had previously checked out the menu at the Lincoln Road Books and Books, the staff there were very helpful in explaining the gluten free options, (I require gluten free food due to Coeliacs disease) I therefore... Last night we listened to Nelson DeMille discussing "The Quest", then had a light dinner in the cafe. It was a perfect time to share thoughts about the author and his books while enjoying simple, satisfying food and a glass of Malbec. The soup of the day was cream of kale and Italian sausage -- a weird sounding but absolutely... More

We went shopping for a wedding gift and ended up eating at the Café. My partner had a Goat Cheese Salad with a mango vinaigrette, I had the Veggie Patty Melt. Raves from both of us as to the tastiness of these dishes. A little bit on the pricey side - but well worth it.

I stopped through on a Saturday night and the courtyard cafe had live music and was filled with happy patrons eating and drinking. Inside a professor from University of Miami was giving a talk on poetry. Its a good place to meet up and hang out.

Great location, situated in the heart of Coral Gables. This is a fantastic Book Store and the café has the tablea in the little outdoor square situated in the center of the store. Large cgoice of national and inported beers. Good choice of food selection. Service is a bit slow, but life is too good to rush things. This is... More

I have eaten here often. Its a nice menu, not a large selection but what they have is well made. It's easy for me to get a few gluten-free items like salads. They are able to modify dishes to suit my diet by leaving off gluten-containing items. I've never gotten sick from gluten contamination here. And of course, you can't... More
