My son was on a quest to try a Michelin Star chef in Miami and lucky for us we have one right at the historic Biltmore, Chef Pugin. The experience was first class from the minute we had arrived and just exceeded expectations each step of the way. The presentations were brilliant and the decadence with each dish was just... More

The restaurant is excellent but in all fairness that is my wife’s opinion since I do not order seafood and most of the meals here are. She had the crab and escargot and other seafood. She said it was the best crab she ever had. I do not eat seafood unless its beer battered deep fried fish drowning in tartar... More

The very reasonable prices are due to the very small portion sizes. Having said that, we were sated so none of us really need to eat the quantity we do. Wine was expensive $15 and up for a glass, $70 and quite a lot up for a bottle. Professional and efficient service stopping just short of being intrusive. Complimentary petits... More

we expected a fabulous restaurant based upon the AAA 5 star rating but we were disappointed I was concerned when I looked at the menu prices which were quite reasonable. My dish was Veal Chop for 2 for $52, price for two quite reasonable, dish was good not great but the portions were miniscule. My wife had duck and its... More

I was visiting a dear friend in Coral Gables and we wanted special dinner in a special location. Palme d'Or was certainly the right choice. The Biltmore Hotel is a grand hotel and the restaurant couldn't have a better setting. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is old Hollywood and the staff could not be more gracious. The... We attended a private dinner at this restaurant for a group of about 12. It was an over 8 course dinner served during a 4 hour time period. We were welcomed by the Maitre de who gave us a brief introduction of what to expect during the evening and explained the menu to us. He told us it would be... More

We are self-described foodies and spent our 10 year anniversary at Palm D'Or. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. The champagne and tasting menu were sophisticated and delicious without being pretentious. The service was impeccable. A true 5 star experience all around.
