I have been to this restaurant like 5 times in the past year and it has consistently served great dishes. I helps when you have real Peruvians running it, it keeps its authenticity. I can't tell you which is my favorite dish, because all of them have made a great impression on me. You must try their causa as an... More

The different array of ceviche was a delight. The sauces they use, are all non dairy but so creamy. The squid ink risotto was so delicious, without it being fishy. The tres leches dessert was so good, I had to go back and get seconds. The florist next door is so lovely, he was there and helped us order the... More

Almost every restaurant in Miami, Peruvian or not, has ceviche in the menu, but Francesco is the finest I've had the pleasure to have yet. From the presentation of the plates, the fresh tastes and the incredible sauces, Francesco is sure to open your eyes and taste buds to a new and unique understating of Peruvian cuisine. Risotto with shrimp,... More

Tiny restaurant, great food. Ceviche and Tiradito to die for. Excellent main courses. Great service. At lunch, they have an inexpensive pre-set menu. Highly recommeded.

The Restaurant, attended by the owner, has top notch quality and great service. The fish is as fresh as you get in Miami, with the Flavors heightened by superb Peruvian seasoning. This is the closest you can come to eating in the best Lima restaurants.

I always loved to travel to Lima on business because of the culinary experiences there. First experience at Francesco , Light lunch with wife. Two traditional Ceviches ($14) which were exceptional, about the best I ever had in Miami! We also had two orders of Gratin Scallops (Conchitas Gratinadas) ($4.50 each) which were very good although a bit overcooked. We share... More

The restaurant is rather small and basic,in a nice area. Friendly and professional reception.Very fresh and interesting Peruvian ( the name Francesco is somewhat misleading,no Italian ) fish dishes. We shared 3 different starters ( cerviche, salmon rolls, and- a great surprise- a Peruvian not to be missed patato dish with egg and a great sauce). As entree we shared a fish preparation,... Consistently excellent flavor all the time. Needs a little work on decor but if you go for the the food you won't be disappointed. Decent prices in most items of the menu.

Francesco serves authentic Peruvian style seafood. The specialty is ceviche, and there are a wide variety. We shared the trio of ceviche for two. Three different sauces on mixed seafood ceviche, genuine and delicious. Then we shared a ravioli and fish dish that was just right. Quite enough for two. Francesco features a nice assortment of South American, especially Chilean... More
