Great food, but staff does make a diffrence

Returned after a few years. Still the best Peruvian around! Not cheap but well worth it. Do not miss the togarashi causa nor the squid ink risotto. I will come back soon!

On my birthday I wanted to go to a Peruvian restaurant and I remember that long time ago we went to Francesco and had a good time. But what a disappointment, the food was not so good, the waiter was not a professional and the price for the food was excessive. I will not recommend that restaurant to my friends

This is a meal you won't forget. Fresh fish, prepared exquisitely. The prices may shock you, but I find it totally worth it, and you will understand what I mean once you have a 3 course meal here. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always very quiet. A quaint place to get upscale cuisine.

This Francesco is different as the ones in Peru and Buenos Aires. This one is smaller, more traditional looking and no so trendy. It pretty much looks like a typical Peruvian Restaurant, which actually is. The service was very good and some of the plates like the ceviche were great. But the other plates like the octopus and the swordfish... More

I was taken here by someone with an educated palette for my first taste of Peruvian food. I was blown away by the amazing taste and the quality of the food. I was glad to return to Miami and be able to introduce a firmed of mine this time for his first taste. It was every bit as good as... More

Francesco's is a lovely intimate Peruvian restaurant. We arrived on a Saturday night at 6:45 and it was not busy. We were told that most people don't arrive until 8:30. Francesco's does not have a full liquor license so only beer and wine is served. There is a nice selection of wine, however. We ordered the lobster cerviche to begin... More

I've been to in Florida. This small, intimate restaurant is first class from the white tablecloths to the superb service and good wine selection. And the food? In a word, it's fantastic. They have Prefix lunch and dinner meals, or you can order off the menu. My wife & I stopped in for lunch and did a bit of each.... More

My friends took me to Francesco's for lunch to celebrate my birthday. All of us (group of 5) loved the food. We ordered the ceviche sampler which gives you a little of everything; shrimp, fish, calamari, octopus in three different sauces. The appetizer is for 2 but it was good enough for five of us. The lunch menu has an... More

Friends introduced us to Francesco, a spot off the beaten path in Coral Gables. For some reason (maybe their marketing needs a boost), they are a bit of an unknown in some circles. We enjoyed the setting, the menu, and the service. Theirs is not the typical "new build" restaurant. Personality, and intimate are two words that come to mind.... More
